Not a total piece of junk
But about as close as you can get....Pros1) The sponge works2) The handle is long enough (no biggie, I'm short)3) The roller that squeegees the sponge does a decent job4) CheapCons1) The cap on the handle keeps falling off (no glue, no mechanism for attachment). This is especially interesting given that it is what holds the piece on top that is supposed to allow hanging the mop (yeah, on occasion the mop falls from it's hook because the cap isn't secured2) The Scrubber piece keeps popping off - but that's okay too because it's nearly worthless.3) The design of the scrubber piece causes the mop to not slide/fit in under cabinetsI would not recommend this mop.

Examine before buying
I used this mop for the first time today and was ‘instantly’ disappointed as when flipped the mop over to the small scrubbing attached to the mop, came off after second stroke of attempting to get up a coffee stain on tiled floor😖. It was flimsily attached and was the main reason I bought this mop over a regular libman mop was for the scrubbing edge!! Overall the sponge mop did a great job mopping the floor but, I had to use a green scratch pad and my foot to get up the stain😒

Pricey, but effective
This Quickie mop is probably cheaper in stores, but I was looking for a refill for an O-Cedar mop when I saw this one, and I ordered it. I'm glad I did. Here's why... Notice that the rollers extend all the way to the edges of the sponge. My old mops rollers left about an inch and a half of sponge sticking out past the rollers, which meant that water remained in the sponge, dripping out unless I squeezed it by hand. This mop gets it all out. Nice. The rollers themselves also have holes in them, to allow water to run out. To replace the mop head, you unscrew the handle. The mop head is then free to slide out out from between the rollers. Much easier than the metal hook that had to be coerced into the head of my old mop. The little scrub pad may be useful for removing gunk, but I try not to let gunk accumulate. We'll see. The handle seems thick and sturdy, and I like the simplicity of the design. There are fewer parts to break with this design. The plastic rollers are thick, and they seem like they'd take a lot of abuse, if you're the type to abuse your mop. I anticipate a long life for it, and am quite pleased with my spontaneous purchase.

Quickie roller mops are indisputably the best for domestic use
Quickie roller mops are indisputably the best for domestic use. I had to buy this new one because the old mops were no longer compatible with the new sponge refills. That's because Quickie improved their design, and I am most happy to spend a little extra for the improvement.

Basic sponge-roll mop
It's a mop! It cleans floors! And it does an okay job of it. My only complaint is that this shipped fully assembled, in a 2' x 5' x 5" cardboard box - which is ridiculous.
