This is a good starter drone. It is a bit difficult to figure out how it works at first or how to operate the application. There are some features that are not accurate with the real product. However, if you have never owned or operated a drone this is a good starter. In my opinion, it is easier to operate it with the app on your phone only. The fact that its range is bound to your Wi-Fi capabilities; makes it quite limited In terms of range. That means that it will only go as far as your Wi-Fi will let it. The video quality is quite poor and it at times it will become quite unresponsive. Also, downloading the files to your phone is very tricky and actually I never got to work. It is very unreliable under slightly windy conditions but it is an OK product if you’re going to use it within a 200 feet range. Like I mentioned before, it is easier to operate it with the application on your phone than with the remote control. Overall, it is a good product for beginners. I have already moved on to DJI Mavic mini which in comparison, is 10 times more reliable and 100 times better than this product. However, I do not want to discourage anybody from buying this product because like I mentioned before, it is OK to get it if you have never owned a more professional drone and want to practice before getting something more expensive.

If you are expecting to get more than 10 minutes of use at a time... PASS ON THIS... while the assembly is fairly easy and they provide you with all the tools and accessories, the instructions fail to mention which size screw goes with which placement. Once together, it’s fairly easy to operate. Downloading the app is easy. Linking to your phone camera is easy (PS it has its own WiFi link you have to connect to)Having 2 batteries for the drone is a plus, because each one only lasts about 10 minutes fully charged. Changing the batteries is a pain in the ass. You have to remove the screw and the cover (there is no way to charge externally while the battery is still attached). If there was a way to plug the charger externally this would be worth the $$.

Well, my brother and I got this gift for Christmas, and we were really excited about it. We assemblded it and took it outside to test it. We were abel to get it in the air, but within 30 seconds it told us that we needed to take it down, and the battery was fully charged. We took it back out the next day, but it would not fly forward and a bunch of the parts were falling off. The final day, we went out with my parents, and it wouldn't fly forward again. Eventualy, it malfunctioned and crashed into a tree and lost all of it's parts. That was the end of it. We hope that the peole who made this feel bad for their stupid scam. And FYI, the, "camera" dosn't work to save it's life. The peole who made this should take it off the market and definaltly stop making stupid toys to scam people out for money:(

i bought this for my 10 year old son. its a great introductory drone. he LOVES it. you can fly it with the remote or with a smartphone. it comes with two batteries which is great. you can charge one, while the other one is flying. it has two cameras, forward and underbody.

Definitely will get your money's worth! I admit I went the cheap route because of how long my 15 year old would stay interested in it. But it came and had to missing parts but the return was easy.

I would not recommend this. The one I got didn't fly for more than a minute. That in itself may have been a defect but I cant overlook the fact that the landing feet do not stay put and the rotor guards pop off extremely easily. As in on a hard landing without any actually contact to the propellers. I could see these easily coming off in flight however I never got that chance because I never had it in the air for more than a collective five minutes.

Our son spends most of his time in the basement, in his game room. He enjoys checking on us, or I think when supper is ready! Easy to use, and charges fast!

If you are a first time, beginner that is wanting a easy to learn to fly drone, this is the one to purchase. The thickness of the drone makes it withstand wind that other drones can not. And the controls on the remote are labeled, so your not guessing what button does what. Great product Shimu. And thank you Amazon for quick delivery.
