Had a very serious foot infection which also required surgery to remove part of an infected bone. The Hyperbaric/Wound Specialist recommended this to help the healing process both to close the open area but also to help fill in the flesh in the foot. Worked extremely well. I didn't rate the flavor as I purchased the unflavored product do to the artificial sweeteners used in their flavored products which do not agree with me. Used MIO water enhancer black cherry flavor and was pleased. Mix with warm water, add two squirts of flavoring, whisk together and allow to hydrate for 5/10 minutes. Re-whisk and transfer to container of choice and chill for about an hour and enjoy. Best to prepare before bedtime for use the next day.

Wound care nurse recommended and these do help but fairly expensive at $5.00 a day... Unflavored are awful Orange is Ok, Punch is pretty good..

Collagen and everything that Juven has is definitely helping me with a cronic wound. I can see the numbers reducing after I started Juven, the only thing is the flavor.. I tried the flavored and hated it, so I bought the non flavor and it is really bad, try covering with a couple of strawberries in the blender..not good, but worth the effort

This product was recommended by a wound doctor for my mother and it really really works. That is if you can find it in stock. A lot of people are using it now. It dissolves easily gives energy. It is a little pricey, but a one of a kind product that does what it is supposed to do.

I bought this product when I had my facelift and it was great. I had read previous reviews that said it was gritty and bitter. That was not my experience. Into my drink mixer cup with the mixing ball, I added 8 oz of water and about 1/3 can of frozen juice concentrate, thawed, and shook the mix up. I added ice, and it was delicious. I think no one should be reticent about the flavor or texture. It is totally disguisable.

Product tastes awful— tried orange and unflavored

People who know me know I am bad at drinking things that have an after taste. I hate drinking Red Bull, protein shakes, and sugar free stuff due to the after taste. So I was very scared to order 60 unflavored packs as I was afraid I would not drink them. I mix it with pineapple juice and a little water and put ice after it dissolves and it don’t taste like anything but pineapple juice. I am so glad cause I have heard amazing results with healing after surgery and can’t wait to see how it helps me. It does have a faint smell but if I can drink it without gaging and making weird faces anyone can.

Dismayed to see that this is ineligible for return. After nearly $80 and only using 2 packs, this product is nearly intolerable. After trying a smaller box of the orange flavor, which was tolerable, I figured I’d try unflavored so I could add it to coffee or juice. Well, now I know why they flavor it. There is no flavor that I can personally add that will combat the everlasting and utterly unpleasant after taste. It’s just awful. I need to use this product for wound heeling, and I would highly recommend a flavored version for those purposes, but this is just salt in the wound. Guess I’m just going to have to choke it down.
