Offering more loft and less weight than traditional cotton this blend is needle punched and has a light resin bonding to provide exceptional strength and durability, ideal for hand or machine quilting Hobbs Heirloom Fusible - this 80/20 cotton blend is a double-sided iron-on batting eliminating the need for time consuming pinning or spray basting. Produced to the same specification as the Premium Cotton Blend this product also allows fusing of the quilt back, batt and top at the same time Hobbs Heirloom Bleached - this product is produced to the same standard as the Premium Cotton Blend but is recommended for white or very light coloured quilts Hobbs Heirloom 100% Natural - this 100% natural cotton product is perfect for quilters looking for extra strength from their cotton batting. Soft and gentle, this batt is made with natural cotton that has a thin stabiliser (scrim) needle punched into the cotton. This provides superior strength over pure cotton alone and prevents the batting from stretching. This product has a low loft and becomes softer with each wash. Hobbs Heirloom Washable Wool - this is a 100% wool batting that is lightweight and breathable making it suitable for sleeping in all climates. Hobbs use the finest superwashed wool to make the batting pleasant to touch and less likely to shrink. Spray-bonded for added durability, this batting has extra loft and resilience in the wool fibres allowing quilters to design with confidence.
