Good for probably age 2-6 depending on your child’s abilities.My daughter is struggling with her letters, so big brother loves to help review each and build the train. We work on connecting each letter’s animal, letter shape both big and small, talking about their sounds, and tracing them. The size and vibrant colors make it such a useful tool.

I use this for my preschool and kindergarten tutoring students and they love it. It’s great for boys and girls. It’s not flimsy so we get a lot of use out of it. I highly recommend it.

My grand daughter loves puzzles. She is 4 and can do more complex puzzles but loves this one as it’s big and supports her learning the alphabet. The colors are beautiful and it’s good quality. Great value for the money.

My 2 year old wore out our first one and will surely do it again to this one. Being the pieces are so large, he is able to easily see the letters and animals. This is allowing me to begin letter/ object recognition as I can say either the animal/description or the letter, and he can search out the piece off of that. Having only 2 sides to match also simplifies this puzzle, he absolutely loves it.

My two preschoolers love this puzzle. I like that it cannot be put together out of order, so it helps them learn the correct order of the ABCs. The puzzle is really durable. The pieces are thick and the illustrations are bright and fun. My boys love putting it together and then moving it down the hardwood floor, as if the train were moving. They also run their toy trains along it, and the puzzle has stood up to all their abuse really well. And, since the pieces are so large, cleaning up this puzzle is super simple. We keep the puzzle in its original box, since it is a good quality, durable, laminated cardboard. I would recommend this puzzle to anyone with a train loving, animal loving, alphabet loving child.

My daughter absolutely loves this when she got it for Christmas. It has helped her so much learn her letters. Especially learning the difference between capital and lowercase letters. I wish I would’ve bought this for my first son. I have bought it again for someone else as a gift. And will possibly be buying another one for another gift.

These pieces are made out of sturdy cardboard. The colors are bright and vibrant. The size of the pieces are perfect for little hands. I love that this one encourages the use of the alphabet and helps children what comes next in alphabetical order.
