IB Chemistry: Study Guide: Oxford IB Diploma Program 2nd Edition

If you plan on taking ANY IB tests, I would recommend these books. Especially if you are a student that studied for AP tests. IB is very clear of what they want, and these books are made specifically for those tests.

It helped a bit for the IB Chemistry exam and in the class but this is a STUDY GUIDE not a TEXTBOOK. It does not teach, it REINFORCES. If you want to learn, look up Richard Thornley on YouTube or get the IB Chemistry textbook.

I love the condensed version of this course. Very helpful in reviewing for the IB Exams and also within the course itself. If it had more questions I'd be a little more happy with it, but it was good anyways.

I didn't use de cd, Its complete, with good exercises.The quality of the book its book. and also the price, the book was new.

good for quick review just before the test. I highly recommend to read the text book

Covers everything on the syllabus completely and concisely. I use this for quick reference alongside a more detailed textbook for when I'm struggling to understand or need to learn a topic completely independently - both *are* necessary, regardless of the quality of your revision guide.

I am currently an IB student and this guide is a lifesaver. It explains what you need to know very well, the diagrams are easily comprehensible, and the pages are highlightable (I find this important for revision, not everybody will).It makes revision much easier, it is definitely worth the £19 especially if your Chemistry teacher is below par.

I really like the book because it really does help clear up certain uncertenties which do pop up throughout the course. However, there are some moments where the book doesn't help much either. So, i would definitely get the book if your a busy person looking for some clarity, but i wouldn't use it as the only source of learning. :)

I'm soooo happy I got this book! Chemistry is in no way my strong subject and this book really made it a lot more easy to get through all the subjects without collapsing in the process. I'm grateful about it - although I have to say; I still won't get a 7 in chemistry!
