I LOVE my bed!!! It's beautiful and very sturdy! You'll definitely need a second person to put it together. The poles are heavy duty, but the instructions were pretty clear. My dog also loves the bed and I think she thinks it's hers

The bed is exactly as pictured and with two people, it took an hour to put together. I'm very satisfied with the purchase. Even better than the bed, which is wonderful, was the customer service. I bought the wrong size bed initially and Lynn was extremely responsive and helpful in helping me to return it. She went above and beyond to help me get it returned and issued me my money back right away. Hopefully you won't need to deal with a return but if you do, you're in excellent hands!

This was a beautiful edition to my daughter's room & looked like a display in a model home after the whole bed & accessories were set up.

Frame is great, easy to assemble and sturdy for the dirty. The customer service from Barclin was the best I've experienced in a long time.

This thing is definitely a two person job. I really love it though, it's so cute and exactly what I was looking for. Love it!
