Does the job
Works as advertised. Stout heavy duty material. Good suction. Protected my truck. Heckuva lot cheaper than a ladder rack. I’ve used it to transport lumber, too. I’ll get lots of use outta this!

Great product
I bought this in order to haul long boards in my short bed Toyota, it works very well!! I wish it was wider in order to accommodate full sheets of plywood but even witg the current length I’ve have no problem. The notches on the top are perfect for holding conduit and pipe. Make sure that the load is strapped down while being hauled. All around great product.

The cardboard wrapper works better
I purchased two of these to help hold a couple of kayaks in place in the back of my truck when pulling our camper. The kayaks have to be placed in the bed and up over the top of the cab. Where do I start? No matter how tightly I cinched down the kayaks, these things slipped out. The suction cups don't hold at all. Even if you get them wet and press them down firmly, the protectors still slide all around easily. The top of my truck is now all scratched up. The worst part? The "protectors" are made out of heavy duty rubber. All this meant was my white truck now has skid marks all over the top (along with the new scratches) from the protectors sliding around. Literally, the cardboard that was wrapped around these would work better. Save yourself some aggravation and use an old towel or something.

This is one of the lower cost roof pads on ...
This is one of the lower cost roof pads on the market and works ok. It must be located at the apex of the roof line so that it can maintain full contact with the roof. If one side is not held down by the ladder it will walk and move. If driving long distance should check it when stopping.

Dense, sturdy and reliable
Perfect thing to store in your trunk. You never know when you need to talk something on top of your car. It holds very well. Your car doesn't get damaged. I have carried kayaks, Lumber, and long packages. Dense, sturdy and reliable

not too tall
If your truck is lifted, you don't have to use a lumber rack and further limit your clearance. The pad handles a lot of lumber safely, and stores in the truck when done. I'm getting one more to carry more. Good product, well made.
