AMAZON IS AMAZING... WE SHOP NOW WHERE ELSE ONLINE.. These are PERFECT for what I wanted. Each year I make a matching Christmas ornament to insert with each Christmas cards I send. I have been refining my technique since, from laminating etc, up to last year gluing several heavy card stock to achieve a thicker result. Then I used puzzle maze them last year with iridescent fine glitter flakes which I mixed in the paste. They came out beautiful. But I wasn't happy with the look of the layers, which showed when looking at the edge of the ornament. Then I used a cardboard mat from a broken picture frame as an insert to protect my copy of this years ornament (to protect the copy from getting bent), which I then took to a printing shop that said they had heavy card stock. But it wasn't any thicker then the heaviest card stock I purchased on Amazon for last year. Anyway discouraged I suddenly realized that the cardboard mat insert was perfect except I had two problems. One being that I only had one cardboard mat and two being the color was cardboard color. I wanted white. So the search began on Amazon (who never lets me down). There was a lot to choose from then I found that this product had the best price for the quantity. I was a nit anxious that these might be thinner then the one I had. But they are a bit thicker which is even better. I am thrilled. Best of all, I ordered them yesterday and Amazon shipped them and I received them TODAY. AWESOME! Because it takes time to cut and decorate the ornaments and I try to mail them out the next day after Thanksgiving. So I am one happy crafter. THANK YOU AMAZON!

These are a bit thinner than I thought. Pretty delicate but can be great if bought for the right crafts. Super smooth material and easy to cut.

I had one of these cutting mats, but had to give it up when we moved. I started sewing again and a mat like this is a necessity.

Not quite 1/64 inch thick. These will not stand on their own. I had to glue 2 together to get my project completed. Also is not 11x17. 1/8 inch short and 1/16 inch too narrow. And the corners are crunched!!!! Garbage.
