This is a fiber added to a diet for anyone who wants regular bowel movements without having to calculate how much fiber to put in their diet, It is tasteless and soluable in water and does not have any side effects. An excellent product.

Combined it with a daily dose of pro-biotics when visiting the Philippines this past March/April. Started about four weeks early to give it time to take effect. It's the first time I've made it thru the entire trip with minimal upset stomach and loose bowels. That was just what I was looking for. Did the product account for that? I don't know. But on the flight back I was very happy that I experimented with the chance.

Dissolves completely. Tasteless, even in delicately flavored tea. Can be used hot or cold. Keeps me regular without all the gas of other fiber supplements. Excellent value for the money! What more could you ask for?

I wanted to love this prebiotic powder especially since I heard sun fiber is good for people with IBS. But it was so gritty and not pleasant tasting at all.

Our doctor said it was good that we take a probiotic daily but we should add a prebiotic so we did. This one is working well so far. Start out little by little. We mix in our water. No taste.

I was happy the product arrived promptly because I wanted to add it to the inulin I was already taking. I read in a nutritional newsletter that taking the three together are a greater benefit to the intestinal microbiota.This prebiotic is a fine texture, odor free and tasteless. It mixes quickly in both hot and cold liquids. It does not clump. It helps with regularity. I did not give it five stars because it is a little pricey at $0.33 per serving but considering it is non-GMO it may be worth the price.
