I love this product.The first time I saw it in use was while I was doing cardio at my gym, watching youtube videos of Jeremy Buendia (now 3 times winner of the International Foundation of Bodybuilding's Mr Olympia Men's Physique division). I was working really hard at shedding bodyfat, but I was wanting to accelerate the process as much as possible.This waist trainer does NOT make your body burn fat, but that's not why it was created. I saw that Jeremy Buendia used it to draw water out of his midsection as he prepares for his competitions, and I really wanted to try it.So I looked up the brand that he uses and this is the EXACT same waist trainer. I started using it as soon as it arrived, and it made such a big difference.First off, this waist trainer is really comfortable, not itchy at all, and it fits really well, you need to follow the sizing guide, and if you do, you'll purchase the size that will fit you perfectly, and the really nice thing is it has two sizes built into it, so once your waist starts slimming down, you just need to fasten it to the tighter loops along the inseam and it'll stay snug.I love seeing the difference before and after use, my stomach looks pretty puffy before my cardio, but then, I put this on and do some really simple cardio (3.5 mph walking on the treadmill at max incline for 15-20 minutes) and it's amazing how much water this causes me to sweat out of my midsection. I always look more defined after use.Another thing I love is I can use this as a sort of brace while I'm doing deadlifts and other movements that are a little more risky for my lower back, I put this thing on and just make sure to do all my movements correctly and I feel perfectly safe after combining those two things.It's high quality and it's really affordable, i don't ever go to the gym without it.

I purchased the correct size and it works as advertised. Here are a few issues: It is put on using hooks similar to a ladies bra. If you have hair on your stomach, these hooks (there are about 20 of them) can grab the hair and make it painful to put on. Secondly, there is a lip that covers the hooks. It lays flat the first few times you wear it, but eventually the flap starts to stick out which defeats the purpose of wearing it in the first place. So, you are basically limited to button up shirts (these hid the flap). Thirdly, the device doesn't appear to wick any moisture. If you sweat, it gets really wet and has to be dried out. One the positive side, it "removed" 1.5 inches which is the best I've found. In comparison, Spanx hides about 1/2 inch (on me). It lasted about 4 months before it started to come apart. About every 4 inches there is a medal rod that I assume it provided for support. Eventually it pokes out (breaks through the cloth).

I recently wore this compression garment on an overseas flight, and it really helped minimize back stress during the eight hour flight.It is about as hard to get on as you would expect from a garment that's basically a girdle. But if you get the right fit, it's comfortable when you do get it on. I have a 33" waist, so I got the small, and I use it on the outer row of hooks. I think it would be fine on the inner row for a 32" waist. 34" might fit if you don't mind it tight, but you should also consider the next size up.This garment doesn't do miracles, but it does offer good support for the lower back, and would also work to shape you up for a public appearance.By the way, the picture has it positioned too high. You'll almost certainly want to get it so the bottom edge sits just below the indentation at the base of your spine. That offers the best support and shaping for me.

I really love this product. I think it is very important to get the right fit and that I did. I learned on the second day to fasten the hocks up easily by first putting on the compression waist a little higher at the start. Then slowly slide it down. It is very comfortable and barely noticeable under a t-shirt. I get very good support for my back from wearing this

I would like to change the size to smaller as its still large for me, i followed the measurements and advise me that im medium however its still loose for me. I think i am small. Yhe material is very comfortable and very good quality i love it so much and i hope i can change it to smaller ones. Highly recommended quality. 👍

It fit tight, and actually how I expected and wanted. That said, I would say after about three uses it started to become loose. It's not as tight anymore.the snaps are bit hard to put on and requires just a bit of practice to develop a strategy. But mostly, I don't like how it has already began to stretch. For the price, I was hoping for better.

If you want something quick and temporary this waist cincher will do. I would go small in terms of sizing because it will stretch out in about one week with daily wear. It's good, not great.
