Easy How-To Techniques for Simply Stylish 18" Dolls

I haven't had this much fun in years. My grand daughter loves the clothes for her American Doll. The clothes fit very well.

Always looking for more patterns for the 18 inch doll and these are so fashionable. Patterns easy to follow also.

Very clear and easy to follow directions. Great for all knitters, new or experienced. Cute outfits. Will be making these outfits for my Granddaughters..

Cute patterns

This is a lovely book of simple but very pretty patterns. There is a wide choice and the clothes fit the dolls really well.

Pattern book exactly as expected. Not made any of them yet but I know my granddaughter will love the stylish designs.

While the book is attractive and the designs enticing,there are major errors in the patterns themselves. For example, the aran cardigan, Cabled KatieBeth which is pictured as a cardigan but the directions are for a complicated pull over sweater. It required much too much transposition in order to complete the garment and definitely is beyond the novice knitter. There are also errors in stitch numbers and there are missing directions. Altogether most disappointing.

Again, this book is American so it is hard to find some of the recommended yarn for the patterns in Canada. If you like her other books you will enjoy this one as well. However, this book does tell you where the yarns are made.Happy knitting.
