Bought these to wear at my bar job, knowing I would need good shoes to last 12 hr shifts. The material loosened up fairly quick in that they lost their stiffness as you want from a pair of work shoes, meaning I didn't get blisters from them, not even when I first got them.It's worth saying I did go through the first pair in about 3 months and had to buy another pair, but I did choose these again. They also wore through as they were being worn for 50 hours a week while I was on my feet the whole time, something most shoes aren't built for, so it's to be expected they wore through and I don't see that as a flaw in their design.Splash-proof for sure (not sure if waterproof). The sole is soft and stayed that way for longer than I expected.I do recommend these shoes. Obviously if you're working long hours on your feet as a rule rather than an exception, these shoes might not last too long, which is why I marked 4 out of 5 stars.

I usually take a UK size 5 - 5 1/2 (I have one foot a size 5 and one 5 1/5!) & I ordered a size 6 . I wanted a shoe with plenty of space in the toe and comfortable to walk in as I broke my middle toe (on my smaller foot) a few months ago & although its healed its still tender. I haven't worn proper shoes since until now, but needed a pair or outdoor shoes quickly, so ordered these. I have walked on them all day indoors first & then took a walk to the shop & back, & they are lovely. My toe has not hurt once. I wear them with thick socks. As other reviews have said the elastic under the strap seems slightly tight my larger foot I had to manouver the shoe on a bit, but my smaller foot was relatively easy to put on. But one both shoes were on they felt very comfortable indeed. Anyone buying this might need to get a larger size, but for what I paid for them they are excellent value & more importantly I can now walk outside without worrying about my toe.

THESE SHOES LOOK GOOD BUT THE ELASTIC STRAP UNDER THE VELCRO FASTENING IS SO TIGHT I CAN'T ACTUALLY GET THE SHOES ON!

The sizing accurate. Very comfortable shoe. I am a nurse and wear them for 12 hour shifts at a time.

Perfect for work. Started wearing them with two pairs of socks to wear them in and avoid blisters from new shoes, they are super comfortable now! I walk to and from work in them, that's a 20 min walk either way and it doesn't hurt, and wear them throughout the day, even had to run in them a few times to catch a train! Ideal work shoes!

These shoes have just been delivered, I only ordered them yesterday so very fast delivery. Iv briefly tried them on and they are very comfy, will be great for my feet as I'm a health care assistant and I work 13 hour shifts and it's under floor heating as well so my feet hurt after a long shift. Looking forward to wearing them tomorrow, thankyou x

These shoes are amazing. I bought them for work - I'm a nurse in a large hospital, so am on my feet and walking a considerable distance over the course of the day. These are very comfortable and amazing quality for the price. I'll definitely be buying more!

I had to return them as they weren’t comfortable at all, well not for my feet anyway. In fact the shoes were so tight that they were pressing down on bunions leaving me in excruciating pain. However, I did receive refund minus postage fees.
