Chef Apparel 350 Knotted Buttons Chef Coat-Easy-Care Twill Chef Jacket for Men Black

Item arrived as expected. Good solid material and a very clean white color, however about two hours into my work day the seam on the right side of the jacket came open. Not a stitch or two, but the entire side up to just below the sleeve of a brand new jacket completely split open. I have only worn one but I am expecting the others to follow suit. I would say these jackets are a great deal, but I can buy heavy polyester fabric anywhere and wear it like a toga. That's about all this jacket is good for now.Update 8/16/2017As of today, all four of the jackets I purchased have torn in various locations at the seams. While the fabric is heavy duty, the seams are less than adequate. I had two tear down the sides and the other two tore where the sleeves meet the torso. I will be requesting a refund since none of what I purchased is usable.

I'm basing my review on the quality of the chef coats. The sizing for us was a problem. The ones I ordered for myself were extremely big on me but much of that was probably more due to my frame and not the coat. My husbands were not long enough in the waist and again is likely to due to his build. The coat itself is well made and seems like it would last a long time. If the sizing would have worked for us we would have absolutely kept them and reordered. I would recommend these to others. The return and refund process was easy and prompt.

Heavy and good for cool kitchens. But cooking over a grill can become uncomfortable

Fits as expected, heavy fabric may be too hot in a regular kitchen. Button holes started fraying even before washing so not happy about that but adequate jacket overall.

love the design had no idea it would be much bigger than expected, so next time on this item I"ll order the next size smaller

Great chefs coat. Heavy fabric, constructed well. What more can I say?
