Outstanding
About 20 years ago I first suffered from Plantar Fasciitis in my right foot following an outside run using poor/old trainers. It took over a year to get rid of it (in the acute phase it would literally take me 10 minutes to walk 500m and I'd be in absolute agony), following numerous trips to the physio and trialling various orthotics. I probably had two or three recurrences (again following running) over the next 15 years. Then 2 years ago I started to get a pain on top of my foot. I saw a sports doctor and then a podiatrist. The diagnosis (which absolutely makes sense to me) is that my right foot had a collapsed arch and was/is severely pronating inwards (putting pressure on talonavicular joint). The podiatrist took moulds of my feet and I had a custom made pair of orthotics made. This alleviated all the pain which was great. The only issue was that these orthotics cost £200 a pair so I have been looking for a cheaper alternative (as a spare pare) so I don't keep having to move my single set between different pairs of shoes. So I bought these. Size wise I have small feet (6.5 in shoes and 7 in trainers) so I bought the medium 41-43 which fit my trainers perfectly. I think they are slightly different shape to the custom ones - peak support is a bit lower but the elevated section is longer. Anyway the proof is in the pudding as they say - I have tried running in them and they've been absolutely fine. I can't say they'll be right for everyone - if they're not try another brand - but for me they are perfect and all for a great price. Last thing to mention is that they don't come with any instructions but what you shouldn't do is just pop them in your shoes and wear them the whole day to begin with - the correct way to adjust is to start off say 1 hour a day then the next day 2 hours, etc. That way you will avoid any reaction (knees, etc) as your body adjusts to the new walking position. This was the very strong advice from my podiatrist and it is correct.

Not that great
I was expecting a lot more from these orthotics after reading all of the glowing reviews but really not that impressed. They are much wider than any others I have used in the past and offer less comfort. They might work for some, I think there are genuine reviews on here but there’s a pattern of reviews from people with last name first who all have profiles with 1-4 reviews on them...seems a little suspicious.

Foot pain relief
I’ve never tried arch support before but recently bought these to help relieve foot pain as I have flat feet. They fit in my shoes perfectly as they’re not the full length and they’re actually quite spongy and comfortable. They take a bit of getting used to but I’ve managed to wear them in different shoes 3 days in a row and managed fine. Hopefully it keeps up :)

For day to day use.
I thought these would be suitable to put in my running shoes as I suffer from PF. They don't seem to allow movement of my socks so I now have blisters on the soles of my feet from my first time using them. I think they will be better suited for day to day use, but not for exercising. Not a fault of the product as it's not sold as a sport aid.

Amazing pain relief
Wow instant relief from plantar fasciitis, heel pain gone as soon as I put them in my shoes, I can feel the support on my arches and they are very comfortable. So much better than the padded strap things I was using. I'm very happy

Comfortable but still unsure about the half-sole
I bought these as I have pain from my heal due to foot rotation so need more arch support. These are very well made, sturdy, look good and feel solid under your foot. However, as they are only a half-sole (that is not the full foot shape) they tend to slip a bit when you put them on. As you slide your foot into the shoe it pushes them forward. I have found that if you can get it so they only move slightly they will sort themselves out into a better position after a few steps. However, I think I may go for a full sole option next time.

Good quality
The insole is very comfortable ~ I will not be tired after shopping all day, I feel that the whole insole supports my feet, which is very soft material, even if I wear it barefoot, it will not be uncomfortable or smelly. I really love this insoles and I think I'll buy them back! It's not expensive. I highly recommend it

Hard and painful and the left insole is misshapen.
Very very hard, blue padding does nothing and tilt up slightly at the edge leading to a very uncomfortable foot. Its a shame they're a bit misshapen because the arch is really high which I needed. Back to my other orthotics.
