I tried setting this up using the "easy" 4 step instructions included in the box. Using a T-Mobile sim card, it showed that it was getting a signal from T-Mobile but it wasn't putting out the wifi. I could find it and connect to it on my phone and laptop but was unable to get any internet access at all. I tried getting ahold of their support team but after leaving 4 messages got nothing back from them. I then tried to go through amazon tech support, they couldn't get it working with any of their troubleshooting methods so they told me to get ahold of the company through amazons website. They got back to me through amazon, telling me that I need to go through their support system on their app, which I had already done multiple times. I was hoping this device would work, and tried to get it to work but with all the b.s. that I have been trying to go through with this, it's not worth it. Hopefully someone else has better luck with the device and their support team.

Go to «travel» to buy a package to have the internet on eSIM5. Search for packages, as some grouped packages are with more affordable prices6. Activate packageI bought and used the USA package for now. It connected right away

Description states 5600mah for slim well the device I received only lasts about 11 hours and I don't use the power bank. Also only two devices are connected to wifi. I think this device has the 3600mah originally installed. I'm returning this product. Too much money for the amount of power.

I purchased a Nommi Slim. I received and opened, charged and attempted to setup the device as in the very limited instructions and after a week of email with the tech support, I still have not been able to get it to connect to the phone and use it as it was intended. It appears that this could be an excellent product but it is in need of further development to get all the bugs worked out.The tech support has been working with me to get the connection issue resolved, but it won't connect and I can't forward the needed data logs because of that. A tech support phone number would be of great service for those who are not technogeeks. A good detailed set of instructions would also be a bonus.I intend on returning this product in the next few days if the tech support can't get it up and running properly.I'll ammend my review for a more positive note if they can get it functioning correctly. In the meantime I stand firm with my review.

I highly recommend nommi. love it (with pictures) it has very useful features for travellers such as vpn, powerbank and free wifi. you can download wifi map and automatically connect to free wifi. also, you can add passwords and earn bonus to buy data. The bonus 1GB of data was also a pleasant surprise!I’m traveling a lot for work, and so far I’ve had great experience. Looking forward to using it in the future.

I was unable to make it work with my SIM card I believe this is due to my provider not permitting the d u n protocol under the APN list it is blocked I suspect this device requires that which would make sense sadly however this means I can't use it I'm not willing to pay the high price for a normal hotspot SIM card I was hoping it would work with a normal SIM card which I only pay $15 a month for so be sure you can actually use it the way you wish toBuild quality feels quite good battery life is excellent and it is rather small and compact the last because I could not put a functioning SIM card into it my fault not their fault I can't test it further

What a great idea for a device. ESIM speeds are very very slow. Nowhere near advertised. I can only get 2-5mbs. Obviously throttled as I was 25mbs for the first couple minute. Have rebooted but no difference. Will try a SIM card but if esim is so slow in USA I can’t see it being much better traveling.Update- physical sim is slightly better but have averaged about 5mbs as measured by google speedtest.Save your money buy an old iphone and use it as hotspot .

Hard to set up. Tried to to reset many times at no avail. Followed the instructions but it was not easy at all. I ended up returning it, because if I am going to count on this device to hook me up to the internet overseas, it should at least be easy to set up at my home, with my own internet .

Paid for a data plan using integrated esim. At least once a day it loses the internet connection. Needs to be restarted and reconnect. Not recommended.

Had it since December 11th 2019. Right now on vacation in the US and bought a 12 days unlimited package. Worked for the first 6 days and now I’m not getting any signal...sent multiples tickets to the customer support but no response yet. I was so happy when it was working. Just wasted a day without wifi had to use my roaming data which add to the bill of paying for unlimited wifi which seems like it’s not really cost saving for It.Update: Nommi customer’s support contact me the day after and we chat via WhatsApp and they were able to help me fix the problem as to which was the sim get block automatically when you restart the nommi too many times (they said 5 times) within a period of an hour, they were able to unlock it right away. And I was able to finish the package I bought for the remaining days of vacation. So I will add another star for customer’s service. It will be helpful if Nommi put that information on their site so customer won’t be in that predicament next time or make the change as to let the sim to not be able to lock by itself.
