Best stuff that I've ever tried
one of the best protein powders that I've ever tried, previously I tried body fortress which was too sweet, and then I kept going with dymatize which was sweet as well but different/better(stevia) than body fortress (although that might have changed, I tried body fortress back in 2010). Now, you may wonder why did I not stick with dymatize. Well, the truth is I first went with this one(optimum nutrition gold standard natural chocolate), but the price kept going up and up and up, and at the same time my financial situation kept going down and down and down, so when it got somewhat stable I went with dymatize due to its price, and then my financial situation improved enough so that I decided to give it another go with optimum nutrition. I'm glad I did. It does cost extra, but the truth is in the powder. First, it mixes far better, second, it has natural sweetness, but not too much of it (which did raise questions when I first tried it, why are chocolates and other sweet stuff so full of sugar when you only need very few grams to get the desired sweetness, same with quest bars) and third, it has perfect amount of protein/carb/calories for my needs. I have been using this for a while now, it's going to be a year in a couple of months. I don't use it too much though. Sometimes I use it two times in a day, sometimes I skip a day. I didn't notice any issues with digestion. I sometimes make it with water, sometimes with skim milk, sometimes mix skim milk and a tbsp or two of nonfat greek yogurt or vanilla yogurt, and so far it's been working out great. I tried baking with it, which was a success, although if you want sweeter mug cakes and similar add some honey/stevia/whatever of healthier sugar alternatives, and it's even possible (albeit annoying) to just take a bowl, put nonfat greek yogurt in it (like 1/2 cup) and 1 scoop of this stuff, and then mix it with a spoon for a little while, and you end up with some nice protein yogurt type of stuff :)

Great flavor - no artificial crap - mixes easily
I have been using this product for over two years now. I have to say I love it and recommend it to anyone who asks... and even to those who don't ask.Pros:1. The product is consistent. I've read other reviews that say it is inconsistent, but I disagree. I have always been impressed with the flavor and consistency when mixing. It mixes well with every liquid I have tried, yes including water.2. Yes, the product has sugar, but it is not an overwhelming amount. It is just enough to give it a good flavor, but doesn't overpower. I'd rather have a little sugar than a bunch of chemical garbage...just my preference.3. The shipping and packaging is always awesome. I check the expiration date every time the product arrives and it is always a year away. Container has yet to be cracked or dented. I have grown confident in the product and the shipment method.Cons:1. The scooper is always at the bottom :/ but I just use the old one until I hit gold :)Summary:I've made gains using this protein and plan to continue using in the future. In fact, I got another one on the way as I type this review.

Great stuff - not for those looking for a sweet taste.
I've been using this stuff for years. The price has gone up over the years, but I'm willing to keep buying because it's not loaded with artificial sweetners and additives to help improve the taste. Too many food and nutrition distributors cater to people who MUST have everything taste good. It's a protein shake. If you want it to taste like funfetti cake, maybe you're not taking this whole fitness thing very seriously? Not to knock those of us who need that sweetness...but this isn't for you. That being said, it also doesn't taste horrible, the way some protein shakes do. It has a neutral taste - slightly sweet. I chug it and I barely taste anything. It can be kind of clumpy, so I always give it several good whisks with a fork before I put it on my drink blender. This stuff will serve you well! Just wish it were a little cheaper. And yeah, it will help with your gains - but it is a supplement.

Good quality protein, will buy again.
I bought the Milk Choc. Overall this is a very good quality protein. I realize a lot of people have criticized ON for their recent change from All Natural to "Naturally Flavored", and slightly reducing the volume (5 lbs. to 4.8). While this is not a big deal to me, I do wish they still had Aminogen in the mix, as I've heard good things from having that included in the formula with regard to protein absorption. That said, I bought this becuase I wanted a quality protein that does not have artificial sweeteners in it, yet still tastes decent and comes at a reasonable price. This delivers on those fronts, so I'm happy and will buy this again. I had been buying the Wheybolic line from GNC, and it drove me nuts that it had artificial sweeteners in it, plus it was one of the more expensive brands out there. For the same price I'm getting 4.8 lbs from ON where as from GNC I was only getting 3 lbs. I mix 1 or 1.5 scoops with 8 oz. of skim milk and a tablespoon of peanut butter, it tastes great and mixes smooth with a blender bottle. Definitely happy with this purchase.
