Enormous air output for such an inexpensive pump
The pump puts out an extensive amount of air for an inexpensive pump.I have purchased $500 piston pumps and $180 diaphragm pumps and this is the best pump. It produces as much or more air and is less noisy. I use the pump as a bubbler to aerate my dock piling to prevent them from heaving. Also the splitter valve enables me to provide a separate line to each piling and regulate the flow. The clutter enables me to regulate the flow to each piling and a $1 back flow valves prevents water from infiltrating the system.

You've been warned!!
Bought in May 2018 air output decreased by half in 3 months and started a rattle sound while running and December 2018 the pump completely quit. This pump got very hot while running so my guess is either it generated enough heat to melt the enamel on the electro magnetic coils and once the wires were no longer seperated by a non conductive insulative layer they stop building up a magnetic field because electricity doesn't flow in a circular motion anymore or cheap diodes were used. Either way the pump is poorly built with no warranty. Stay away it's not worth the gamble they ARE garbage!!!

Perfect for our purpose
This product is perfect for the application. It is small and quiet, and doesn't overheat. We use it in the field for aeration purposes and can run it off of a small inverter attached to the truck. Very useful!
