Does not support 5G
Used with Raspberry Pi 4B and Raspberry Pi 5Pros:1) Absolutely works straight out of the box without any need to configure anything! Plug and Play!2) When you right-click on the wireless icon in the top right margin of the screen, it shows both the Broadcom Wi-Fi and the Ralink RT5370 links so that you know for sure that the CanaKit Raspberry Pi WiFi Wireless Adapter has been detected and is in use.Cons:1) Does not support 5G. I am not taking a star off for this since if you look it shows only 2.4G and doesn't mention 5.0G, in other words, I should have checked and I didn't. I'm disappointed, but it's my own fault.2) It's pretty expensive, and I would not have bought it if I had realized it did not support 5G. I did not rate it on Value for Money, because I don't think it would be fair, but if I did I would probably give it one star.

A must have for a Raspberry Pi
Onefinity CNC, controlled by a Raspberry Pi is know to have a horrific signal since they mounted it in basically a faraday cage. This is a plug and play, no BS way to get your CNC online.

I boughy this not realizing my R-PI already has WIFI. So now I used on a PC
I just plugged in to a remove PC that didn't have WIFI and booted up. It worked. I think it uses a common WIFI chip so finding a driver for it isn't a problem. Because it is small, it probably doesn't have the best range but it works well enough to about 50ft though my home.

Generally, works well.
The reason I'm not giving this product 5*s is because on my Samsung Chromebook I can no longer turn on Bluetooth. Not a deal-breaker though I'd like to be able to connect my phone to my Chromebook.

Improved my connection stability
Someone on an astronomy board recommended this adapter, and that's why I bought it.My connections to my Celestron telescope mount's wifi interface are much more stable now that I'm using this adapter instead of my notebook's built-in wifi.I still get disconnected occasionally, but now it's more like once every two hours instead of every 15 minutes like before.

The chipset is supported by the RaspberryPi OS out of the box / off the disk.
This was essentially plug and play with my RaspberryPi 400. Plugged it in and it showed up immediately as an available interface. I used it for an exercise to create a new host wireless access point that forwarded/bridged over the existing one that was running on the internal WiFi interface. Totally successful.

It works, but slow to connect and limited speed
I know its a BGN wifi dongle, that by itself is fine. However, it takes a long time to wake up after sleep, it takes a long time to connect to an active network and it seems to have a weaker signal strength. I have line of sight to the AP and its perhaps 30-40 feet away but the signal strength is 3 of 5 bars. and has all the aforementioned issuesIt worked straight away with no drivers needed. I am using an immutable OS so a dongle that requires drivers was not an option. It works, but will probably look for another solution

Works as expected
Worked great on my OPENWRT Raspberry Pi Router. Literally it was plug and play.

Works perfectly with Ubuntu Mate 18.04
Plug in - see wireless networks. Connect. Unplug, connection lost. Plug back in, reconnects automatically. If this is not plug and play - I don't know what is! Did not have to tinker with any drivers or recompile anything.

Easy to install
I used the wifi dongle for my retropie, plug and play, only took 10 seconds to set everything up.The dongle is small enough to fit inside of a mini-nes case.Didn't get a chance to test throughput / distance, but this dongle was only needed so that I can transfer small files from my network to my pi and the system is located only a few feet from my access point.

Works perfectly with Raspberry Pi 2
Bought it for a Raspberry Pi 2, which doesn't include wifi. Worked first time, right out of the box, with no drivers to load.
