This is an amazing set which has everything I could think of. I have engraved some of my family names already. Templates are very nice and become handy to draw many shapes and letters. Finger protectors help nicely to keep the heat away.Worth more than what I paid. Happy :)

Very little directions
I received the kit in a timely manner and went to use it today for the first time. Packaged very nicely. Unfortunately, there's a lot of tips and pieces. Some are for burning, others are for soldering. It doesn't tell you which is which. It doesn't even tell you how to change the tips. Figured that out on my own, but still in the dark as to what to use for what. I did try one tip, it looked like a fine tip, which is what I wanted. Not so when I started to burn with it. I know it's going to take practice, but it would have been nice to have some good instructions on how to use the kit, which tips are for what. Guess I'll have to look online and see if there's instructions somewhere. Nice kit for the money, but terribly disappointed.

Broke within the first couple of uses.
Completed a small item and then it broke on the next use.

The bold description temp is wrong
It was advertised as 400-750 degree and it is 200-450. Big difference in how it works. If you read all the little stuff by the picture it has the 200450 so I guess I am guilty of not reading the fine print, but to me that is false advertising because I was advised to get the higher temp. The tip is too far from where you have to hold it and it makes it harder to control your lines. It also heats up where you are holding it so you can't keep at it very long. I wish I would have started this project sooner because I would have returned it and asked for my money back.

Christmas Gift
I purchased two for my grandsons. I have no way of knowing if they are worth it or not. Will have to wait until Christmas to find out. These reviews come way too soon not giving a person to find out if they of value or not.

Junk
This came in a bag. On the website it showed in a in a nice box showing what it was. It didn't even come with a piece of wood. Not buying from this site again
