Nice book and an easy read. His management style interests me more than some of the bland stories from the RWC. In that regard I found the latter part of the book a bit banal. However, I think I would like Joe Schmidt to write a book dealing with management in either a sporting or educational setting. I think he can lot offer in this regard as he is clearly thoughtful and very driven. Joe kicked 3/5 here for me here on this book but I think he has a lot more to offer. I expect we will see this in his next outing!

I expected bettee
So we all all know how good a coach he was/is but question is can he wrote a book? That's be a no from me. Unstructured and irrelevant content. Doesn't talk about either RWC, slims past leinsters two Heineken cup wins with him. Mainly talks about mindset and his influencers.

Awesome
This is such a great book about a guy who started off as he says by accident into coaching but went onto to great heights in NPC,Super,Top 14 and then took Ireland to the top of the World!Awesone read
