The next day, things were normal again. It worked that fast. Maybe I should have called the doctor and told her about that but I didn't. I've been under a lot of stress the past year and things have gotten worse again. I started this when I received it and again, by the next day, things were getting normal again. I am trying these, as they say that many of the issues we face with health are related to the spleen and digestive issues. Some of the issues it treats, is phlegm , digestive issues and retained fluid. So far, I have not had any side effects. I have discontinued taking over the counter stomach medications and am trying different natural ways.
