It worked out great but my son is 6’3” and had to wear shorts under or it would have been indecent so maybe better for people under 6’.

100000/10! Hubby got the largest size and he’s about 6’ and typically wears a US Large shirt. I was so nervous when I ordered this that it was going to be obvious that I payed less than $50 for it, but he got just as many compliments as I did in my (definitely not $50) custom Meg costume. Wore it for 8 or 9 hours in Magic Kingdom and it didn’t peel or leave any stains on him which is usually what happens in cheap costumes, so I’d call it a success! It doesn’t have shorts or briefs attached and is VERY short, so definitely make sure to try it on ahead of time because we didn’t, and he ended up rolling up his gym shorts underneath, whoops! The shoe covers also WOULD NOT STAY UP so I recommend getting your own sandals, but they worked for photos. The cape also doesn’t fully detach, it’s velcro on one shoulder and sewn on the other, which I thought was odd.

I got this costume with the intent of using it as a base to add on and make better which is what I usually do with cost effective costumes. However I was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked it. I ended up wearing it as is.
