GPD P2 Max 2022 Ultrabook with Pentium N6000 CPU Quad-Core, 16GB LPDDR4x RAM, 1TB NVMe SSD, 2560x1600p IPS Touch Screen, Windows 10, Bluetooth 5.0 [P2-MAX-2022-N6000]

The GPD P2 Max Windows 10 Ultra book is one impressive machine capable of running everything i have thrown at it including running project cars,blood stained, and the latest full adobe suite.The down side however seems to be the battery life, with normal use (browsing the internet file management and such) the battery has been reporting around 5-6 real world hours with the screen brightness turned way down and not the 11 hours advertised.All in all thought this device is well built and powerful enough for anything the average person could ever want definitely worth the purchase.

This is a nice machine - but when it came out of the box Windows Defender found numerous Trojans. Kaspersky anti-virus also found malware. Whatever it was doing, it caused my BT router to send a firewall warning and disconnected. I had to wipe the drive and install Windows from scratch to ensure everything was clean - then download the drivers from the GPD website. It seems OK now - but this is crazy for something costing almost a grand! A search in the internet shows that infected GPD products is not unknown. BE CAREFUL!

Keyboard is a little too small, Lots of multi function keys. Wish it was the size of an Acer Aspire one ( the old netbooks). Old netbook size with the power of this device would have been perfect. Space bar is a little annoying as well as it sometimes does not recognize key stroke when pressed.

The best thing I have purchased in my life, portable and fits and allows me to travel light in my across the body bag for work, convenient and cool, you can’t go wrong with this and I haven’t looked back since, best little laptop in the market across all categories, so glad I was able to get one and you should do the same to.

This is so tiny it fits in almost any situation. The use of a USB3.0 hub with external keyboard, mouse and a monitor make this ideal for home study use too.Wife loves hers (yes I bought two). I am a 20 year veteran being a road warrior and airplane travelling and this is so nice. Reminds me of my old Sony Vaio 505 which was a bit bigger. Wish this was about then when that got replaced.If you want/need to do presentations then no problems using this, I'd get yourself a micro to HDMI adapter though.Likewise works fine with hotel TV etc with a HDMI connection.The fact screen is tough as well is a plus. I got mine using Win10 normally and a secure USB boot for work stuff.Might be an idea to keep some USB A to C and C to Micro USB adapters as well.Doesn't come with a stylus but one from a TFT Arduino project worked fine. I am sure will find something soon enough.27th October.Had a failure of the USB C charger.

Wish I listened to the other reviews, USB to not fit snapped finger nails getting USB back out. No back lite keyboard and now after only using this pc around 8 times the mouse pad not working, no mouse pointer etc. Don't buy. Not Worth the money in 2021 there are better one out there. Now back using my surface 4 witch is much better and reliable....

I originally purchased a P2 Maxaboutaweek ago but hadto return it thinking it hada keyboard fault. I’ve received the replacement today and lo andbeholdthereplacementhas the sameissue. I’m typingthis reviewusingit and as you cansee that there are some spaces missing between words. The problem is unlessyou strike the 3” spacebar directly inthe middleitdoesn’t register – not something you’dexpect in a PC costing as much as it does. This is a big problem if you wantto type a documentasyou’ll spendmoretimeaddding the spaces than actually typingit. I’m also not afast typer so its not asif the machineis missing my keypresses. It’s abig disaapointed becasue it is agorgeousmachine,thebuildquality is excellent and it isultraportable.Unfortunatley I’llbe returningthis oneas well forarefund.

Thought this would make my travel baggage lighter, WOW what an understatement!Fantastic piece of kit & runs windows perfectly.I'm very impressed & would def recommend.
