I have also been making improvements to my skin care regiment and specifically wanted to try out dry brushing my face but wanted both a body brush and a face brush. I wasn't sure about face brushing since facial skin is so delicate. When I received the set it was in a very nice package that would be great as a gift but the face brush seemed a little rough to me. I tried it out anyway, gently at first. My skin has never been so soft or bright and brushing is so relaxing that I want to do it every day (I've been doing every other day to make sure my skin can handle it). I was a little worried that you could overdo it with this. It doesnt hurt but it is definitely getting off the dead skin. But so far I haven't seen any signs I'm overexfoliating (dry patches, redness, sensitivity, etc) and my skin has never looked or felt better. I highly recommend this set.On the customer service side, first off, they provide all the instructions to help you get started in the package and via message. Second, the strap broke on my body brush my third time using it. It was still usable since it also has a detachable handle but just not quite as easy to use. I really looked it over and found that it didn't appear to be poor manufacturing. It just looked like a fluke that the strap was secured a little too far toward the end on this one side. I decided to contact the company to see what would happen. I thought that at the very least it would be somewhat of a hassle to return the defective item or something. I was way wrong. I didn't have to lift a finger besides letting them know. The company shipped out a new set immediately and I had it the next day. Moreover, they apologized and seemed genuinely surprised and concerned that it had broken. This is so rare in customer service these days. I am so happy with this purchase and will definitely buy more as gifts.

I love to dry brush before a shower, and especially before a bath, because it softens your skin before you even shower/bathe. I feel a difference everytime I use these brushes, from literally the first time I used them. It's also just a really great massage anytime. After I use it, my skin feels tingly and awake. I love this thing. I bought it originally to combat my keratosis pilaris, or bumps all over the back of my arms. While it didn't fully get rid of them, it made the surface and feel to touch of the skin dramatically smoother, which just made me feel a lot better.I dry brush my entire body every other day (including face with the face brush, which to be honest I've seen the least benefits here), and I don't believe in and can't speak to reductions in cellulite or changed fat distribution (don't have a lot to begin with anyway), but it really does make your skin so much smoother and that really just helped a lot with my confidence.When I'm not using it, I can definitely tell a big difference when I touch my skin. Particularly on my arms, more notably than on my legs or face.That said, I highly recommend it! Even if you're just using it to feel confident for an event or something. It's great.
