Large Flip Top Insulated Cooler Bag by Sacko (Lime Green)

It works well for the money but the shoulder strap will rip off of you carry it full of drinks. The handles have held up fine though. The shoulder strap issue was enough that I can't give it 5 stars but I'd buy it again so I gave it 4. I know it's limitations now and I still use it for the creek and beach. It keeps everything cold, I like the small top access panal and the price is unbeatable.

Unfortunately, the shills in the Amazon community are really corrupting product ratings and it's getting harder to weed out the products that are artificially inflated. A five star product used to mean that it was exceptional in its category, but unfortunately flawed or typical products are inundating the 5-star stratosphere because of this annoying new trend.This is a prime example. There are a lot of five star reviews made by people who received "free samples" for "honest and unbiased" reviews. These people proclaim, "huge size", "best bag"...whatever. I don't doubt the integrity of those people, but my guess is that it can be pretty difficult for an average person to remain objective when he or she receives a gift. It's just human nature.This is a normal-sized bag...not "huge". It's decent for taking a few things to the beach. But it is certainly not leak-proof - if you put ice in there, it's going to leak out completely. It's not the greatest insulator as well, so you've got to gauge your expectations (i.e. don't expect to keep soda ice-cold or anything like that). All in all, this is nothing special...a small rigid cooler is a way better idea if you truly want to keep food cold. Again, this strikes me as a run-of-the-mill carry-along bag for a small day trip.Again, I guess I'm not trying to say that this bag is terrible, just that the 5 star ratings are misleading. This is a three-star product and probably would've been rated as such had it not been for the shills.

Love this bag. Light yet sturdy. Tons of room. I went to the beach with it loaded. Beach blanket. Two towels, sunscreen cups and napkins. Snacks. Hardcover novel. Phone, wallet, sunglasses, binoculars and a small purse. Still room left!

Looks good, quality materials & is tall enough for 2 liter bottles.

My husband uses this as a lunchbox because he works 12 hour shifts. It's big enough to hold two meals, a 40 oz. thermos for coffee and 32 thermos for ice tea and ice packs to keep it cool. I like that it is able to hold everything for him comfortably. I have to admit I was a little worried about the top velcro opening allowing the coolness to escape, but so far it hasn't effected the temperature of the lunch box.If you are looking for a large lunchbox or something big enough to take stuff on a short day trip with the family then this might be a good cooler for you. The green color is a little bit loud, but it makes it easy to find.
