Kasskonnen Round Brotform, 5.5-Inch, Light Brown

This is the perfect size for a small boule. I got some Mozart linen (flax) to use as a liner, which I dust with flour before putting the dough in to proof. I then turn the boule out upside-down onto a stone. The linen liner peels right off with no sticking. The boules turn out well shaped.

Nice, SMALL, brotform, probably ok for 1 lb loaves. Most other brotforms need a fairly large (2 lb) loaf to fill the form.
