Great customer service: professional and helpful
Customer service is responsive, great integrity and helped with processing a change request for a purchased item when the size was not quite right. The product is lighter than expected and not as slim on the sides, but perfect for the occasional social gathering or seasonal look.

Nice value
I got a compliment on the coat the first day wore it. It is not real wool (which I did not want). The only issue I have is that the side pockets are on the seam so you can't see them, but they are not in a great spot to actually use. The color and fit were perfect. I am 6 ft. 190 lbs and the large fits perfect

Not what I expected at all
The color was a bit brighter, seemed it was actually Red instead of a Maroon color. I ended up giving it to my Niece. I did not want to go thru the hassle of returning it back. The AD describes coat as a Red Wine, a bit off on the color as I mentioned earlier. Picture a bit deceiving.

La calidad es pésima, NO tiene nada de lana como dice el.anuncio en Amazon, ni etiqueta de fabricante, aparece ser de hombre pero tiene los botones al lado contrario, es una mentira, una estafa, fraude recomiendo NO COMPRARLO, NO son honestos con lo que ofrecen 😡😡 los botones NO entran en los ojales !

Hole in the arm!
The sizing the recommend is correct if your over 6’0 deff order a 2x. Product is low quality kind of expected that but figured the sleeve would at least be completely sewn on. Would have been happy if there was no hole so giving it 2 stars.
