Got this for a customer and they are so happy with it. I was told it works great and is very easy to operate.

Complicated installation
This may not be a fair review, as we returned the lock without installing it. However the reason we returned it is that the installation instructions (in addition to looking like a bad photocopy with almost unrecognizable pictures) turned out to be much more complicated than expected. It also required that you have access to the inside of the cabinet during installation - with the door shut. That pretty much means you need a second door, or an open side. And if you have that, well you don't really need a lock on just one door do you?We have a regular Kaba door lock that works well. This one was a disappointment though.
