Love this. I wanted to make some fun colorful drinks where I could control the ingredients (mostly to keep drinks low carb). It’s a bonus that it has benefits of antioxidants and nutrients. I also like the light floral taste as I plan on using this with teas that already have floral notes. This definitely reminds me of a floral matcha but without all that caffeine. If you have dietary limitations like I do, this is a very fun addition for drinks.

I bought this exclusively for making unusually-colored dishes and to play around with citrus. For anyone unaware, coloring something with butterfly pea powder and adding something like citric acid will cause a reaction turning it from blue to pink - kind of like litmus paper.The flavor of the powder is a little funky in (relatively) large quantities. Luckily, you only need a tiny, tiny bit to get the effect you want. For a cup of water, I only needed a pinch of powder to turn it into a beautiful azure color, and the same goes for the citric acid to turn it pink. Just like when working with food dye droppers, a little bit goes a very long way.To all the reviewers saying the product isn't "as pictured" and that it's way too dark: stop using so much!

I never heard of this, then I stumbled upon it on this site, read through the benefits, and thought, ok why not, I'll try. So glad I did. My eyes feel so much better. Because of being on the stay at home order and looking at screens all day, my eyes were taking the beating, things were getting kinda blurry , so when I saw this helps eye sight, I got it. BUY THIS!!! So amazing, oh and it's helping me lose weight without even trying. Overall, I feel amazing. Oh 1 more thing..I have terrible anxiety and lockdown does not help, I want to eat the whole kitchen and sleep,what's that?! This amazing color changing powder helps my cravings to go away, my anxiety to stay calm and I sleep like a newborn kitten. I still want cookies, lol cuz I love sweets, but it's easier to tell myself no. Hope this helps somebody out there! It reminds me of Matcha Green Tea. I drink it plain with water and sometimes I add a sweetner.

Does have a not very pleasant taste but if mix with smoothie/juice you can't tell the difference

I thought as I saw this color online for the products It would entice my grandchild to drink more water, and MESadly it doesn't look like the pictures online ( for any of the same item regardless of the company) It just shows DARK blueI tried using different amounts......still no luck.i will keep it, but for price disappointedTo me, I also felt it had a chalky type taste.......no grit......and it was well mixed. HOpefully its good for the body.or maybe if i mix in yogart it will be better.

I bought this to make "magical" drinks for a party and it works perfectly. Starts off dark blue and turns purple when lemon juice is added. Doesn't taste like much, but that's fine. I just need it for the color changing.
