Better than tablets; not as messy.

No where on the bottle does it say to start with just ONE PILL per dose! It says it up above, but not on the bottle. That's kind of important information. Three pills per dose as directed is too many. Then two pills per dose. STILL too many! The fatigue was terrible. I believe that means that I was detoxing and it's doing it's job, just way too fast! After I feel recovered I'm starting again with just one pill twice a day and working up from that. Also, the bottle should also have a caution specifically for people with hypothyroidism to visit with their Dr. I wish I'd spent as much time googgling it before I suffered instead of after.

Tastes like green.... easy to swallow helps me a lot.

I have taken Spirulina and Chlorella in various forms off and on for years. Until now, I have never been disappointed with any results. I won't return it for a full refund, because I am still taking them; hoping there will eventually be some improvement, though I will not hold my breath.Anyway - it didn't work for me, but maybe someone out there will benefit from this particular brand.

Spirulina and chlorella tend to be, well, messy. I've used spirulina/chlorella powder, tablets and capsules in the past and they're almost universally a pain to deal with. You get used to a fine mist in the air when you open up the packaging, some green rings on your countertops and a green haze in your day-by-day supplement containers. For the price, you can probably get a lot more powder, but the convenience of having clean capsules is nothing to sneeze at. These are a much more practical addition to my daily routine.
