Does have a ton of nuts/berries/etc in it. However, it has a carboard-y smell to it. Like if you keep nuts in a plastic container for too long, the way that smells - this smells just like that. Not a fan.And perhaps quantity of seeds is way too much, to bump up the net weight.

Please go for it.....product is amazing. Its flavorful, fresh and packaging is equally good. It's a good combo of nuts different kinds of berries and seeds which makes it more worthy to buy as buying everything individually costs more. All in all its value for money pack and I am impressed with company's concern for their products and customer satisfaction they sent me a gift pack of multani mitti worth Rs 75/-and hand sanitizer of Rs 35/- as gift for buying their product. This is really impressive I highly recommend such products and company who care about their customer satisfaction.

I was really curious if they really packed in 20+ different nuts, seeds, berries etc as they claim. So I dumped the contents on to a plate and checked. As you can see from the image, it's around 30 percent seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, watermelon, some flax seeds) and the rest is nuts or berries; out of which nuts is MOSTLY cashew, almonds and one other which I don't know the name of. Berries consist of cranberries, some goji and blueberries. Rest is raisins and some other nuts (around 4 or 5 types) but in small quantities. I saw very few walnuts or pista. So make of that what you will.Around 85 to 90 percent of the box is made up of these 9 or 10 ingredients. I think it's more or less worth it since it's fresh, cut into small pieces and nicely packed, and it'll be hard to buy all these separately and mix ourselves.

I am on diet and was looking for mixed nuts to add to my diet routine. After much research, i decided to go with super healthy since it has all the nuts, seeds and berries that i was looking for. Though, The package arrived quite late (due to pandemic situation) but it was worth the wait!! The flavors and freshness were beyond my expectation. TBH, I got so addicted to its taste that my first box only lasted 4 days. With its high quality & amazing taste, super Healthy has won here a loyal customer for lifetime.

I ordered this Product 3 times and was certainly enjoying everything about the product until yesterday. I was shocked today to see small stones in the box. With such a health product if the company did not think about the basic checks, I am sorry I am not going to buy any more from you. We have patients in home and dietitian recommended to eat berries, nuts and seeds but I may have to now ask them for alternate. I can't risk my family health because of poor quality checks by the brand.I have raised a complaint with Amazon and have also shared photos with them for evidence purpose. Hopefully some action will be taken here.
