Great Purchase!
I have nothing negative to say about this product. It worked great with the phone system at work..

high quality, comfortable, versatile
I am very happy with this headset. It fits well and is comfortable to wear. The sound quality is great. I've had it for a year now and so far I haven't had any problems with it. Something I like about it that I didn't really even think about when I was buying it is that can be connect to either a landline phone or a mobile phone and there is a connecting piece that allows you to easily switch it from one phone to the next. So I use it with both my mobile phone (Samsung Galaxy S8) and my desktop phone that I have in my office. If I needed another headset, I buy it again.

Just could not get use to the mono sound
For maybe the last two years I have been using Apple ear buds to hold my video calls. They work great except for the fact that the mic is not noise cancelling and is omni directional. So I search for a headset that was small, light weight and had a noise cancelling mic. These seem to work, but I just could not get use to the small mono sound speaker. Either the sound was to low or the pitch too high. I tried left ear and right ear, just could not get use to it, so I switched back to the ear buds and just used dell audio to help with noise cancelling by saying the environment was noisy, not sure if that help or not. If someone has a better recommendation please let me know.

Quality & reputable seller - would do business again
Reasonable priced, good quality, but I didn't realize the 2.5 mm was .25-inch plug in. I contacted seller and had no issues getting RMA and returning

VOIP & Telework
I have 2 VOIPs on my laptop: Cisco IP Communicator (CIPC) and Cisco Jabber. I bought this headset for when I telework 2 to 3 days a week. I prefer CIPC but found that this headset works better for me with Jabber. I'll give you my feedback based on the speakers, mic, call quality, cord, and comfort.SpeakersWith CIPC I found that the sound quality of the speakers had a funky, tinny, alien sounding echo that I couldn't eliminate no matter how many adjustments I tried. With Jabber, there was still somewhat of an echo but not as bad. Also, if you're on a call, be aware that moving a little bit can cause some interference with the speakers. The volume of the speakers was incredible! Super loud. I would suggest letting the headset hang around your neck when you first try it out until you adjust the volume so you don't jump out of your seat the first time your hear something. And, you can only adjust the volume/mute the phone on your computer, not the headset or the cord.MicI question whether or not there's any noise cancelling ability with the mic. With CIPC when changing my voice mailbox message I sounded distant, distorted/garbled and you heard every noise in the background. With Jabber, the voice mail recording was much better but I still had to make sure that there wasn't a lot of background noise.Call quality/CordBasically good. I did ask people I was speaking with if they could hear me okay as this is a new headset and I wanted to make sure we had a good connection. So far, everyone can hear me just fine. I do a lot of calls so having a hands free headset is a real necessity for me. I only have the ability to use the 3.5 mm jack, and found out quickly that the positioning and movement of the cord did affect the call at times. The cord with the jack is only about 5 feet and no flexibility. The RJ9 cord can stretch well beyond 6 feet, but doesn't work with my set up so I have no idea if the quality is good/bad/ugly. I would have liked the more flexible, longer cord. Because of the restriction with the cord, I only put the headset on for calls. It's important to note, if you are using the 3.5 mm jack, the phone only rings on the headset with a notification flash across your monitor screen. So if you happen to walk away from your desk you may want to check to see if you got any calls.ComfortThe head set is comfortable enough. I wear it for 1-2 hours per call and then take it off and on for intermittent use with shorter calls. The top of the headset has no padding. This didn't bother me, but it may be uncomfortable for someone with thinning hair or someone who is bald.I'm hoping over time I will be better at making adjustments to the settings and improve the overall sound and call quality. I am curious to see how durable this headset is with consistent use of 2 to 3 days per week.Overall, it fulfills its intended hands free use with my VOIP when teleworking, with acceptable quality for an inexpensive cost.Update: 2/17/20 As I knew the overall quality of the product was going to drive me nuts, I ordered the Plantronics Black wire C3220 to see if I would like it better than the Cisco headset. So glad I did! I have the wireless plantronics at my office and have used it for several years and have been very happy with that product. This purchase was one I made on my own and didn't want to spend too much. The Plantronics Blackwire wins hands down! Sound, mic, controls on the cord are a win, win, win. Needless to say the Cisco headset is on its way back.

Not worth it
I bought to make calls from my office constantly have to swap to hand set or speaker because the customers on the other end can't hear me even with it right next to my mouth

This is a nice headset
I tried a lesser expensive headset and sent it back....This one fits nicely and the fact that you are given several adapters makes it a sure thing it will work with your phone. If I could change anything about it I would make the boom flexible. Having said that, it is the correct distance from me so I'm good. Get this one, you won't be disappointed.
