Raptors Tactical RTV Helmet

What is shown in the picture is NOT what you get.You get what you pay for, this is for airsoft at the very most. Essentially this is a fancy tactical looking bike helmet. The inside isnt regular MICH padding, just a big foam insert. The insert keeps you from being able to properly attach a helmet cover because the velcro tabs have no place to attach on the inside. Also that insert is held in by on small piece of velcro The screws that hold on the nvg mount are just tiny easily stripped self tappers that i feel will not even hold a go pro mount without eventually pulling through the cheap plastic shell. The side mount rails are very tight bc they are not quite the right size, making it extremely difficult to use any accessories that mount to your helmet. The "chin strap" is just a bicycle helmet style strap that goes under your jaw, pretty uncomfortable. I will be returning this as i really dont feel its worth the amount your paying for it. You are ONLY PAYING FOR THE LOOK not any kind of functionality.

UPDATE..... I have writen one review on this helmet already. This is additional information. I actually took this helmet to the range a couple days ago and shot it. At a distance of 5 feet. Repeatedly!!! Knowing it is not a ballistic helmet. So I expected penitration holes, shattering, chipping and severe impact cracking..... Nothing! My barrage of fire barely left any marks. I tore my helmet cover up but not the helmet.....Now I know what a punishment thus helmet can take....(PS....I FLIPPED IT OVER AND SHOT IT ON THE INSIDE A COUPLE TIMES..... NOOOOO DAMAGE!!!!)* WEAPON USED WAS A GLOCK 26 REPLICA HIGH VELOCITY CO2 PISTOL. WITH LUBRICATED ANODIZED BB'S..... I use this setup to hunt small game....its not a serious shooter.

The helmet itself is pretty good quality, it’s all plastic but doesn’t feel like it’ll ever break unless you try. The straps are a joke, I think mine are tangled on the inside and I can’t adjust them properly at all. The helmet also has no adjustment to fit better on your head, so if it’s a little big on you it might slide out of place just from turning your head. I think its worth the extra 10-15 bucks to get a helmet that actually has a retention system.

100 Percent recommend this because you can mount a camera or flashlight the front of the helmet you can also attach patches on the sides and the top and the back which I love it also comes with 2 pads for the inside of the helmet and the pads that are inside are adjustable for your preference also very sturdy cons: it took 2 weeks to get here but it's not there fault because they couldnt control the shipping company Pros : very sturdy ,Made of strong polymer ,Very customizable, comes with 2 pads Over all I would recommend without a doubt

This helmet truly looks and fits pretty nice. Has all the rails on the sides and front for camera's, lights and even a two way radio headset (with the adapter) so the rack of the headset doesn't have to go underneath your helmet. Extra padding comes with the helmet to adjust the fit, and although it's not a ballistic helmet, it will protect you from brush, rocks, a club or other type object pretty well. I really like this helmet and at the price, I will by another for a spare. I do not airsoft, I am retired military and LE and use this for live fire training with my local militia.

Cheap construction, its basically a kids bicycle helmet in the shape of an OPS core FAST bump helmet. Save your money and just get the real deal OPS core, I was issued one in the military and I bought this one for my younger cousin because he thought they were cool, but just holding it I know it won't last very long and you are honestly better off just getting the original.

I was looking for a bike helmet but one that easily could attach a gopro. This helmet popped up and was priced comparable to other bike helmets but was designed to hold a camera in the front. Weight and design identical to a bike helmet but with the tactical style. I find it more comfortable as well.

Was flimsy and also came slightly destroyed in the box (it actually was destroyed on one side) the helmet itself is weak and the side rails are already falling off and I haven’t even been able to wear it since it is meant for a kids head. They need to make it more clear that it is a cheap and smaller product. Kinda upset I wasted my money.

Il vous faut une taille de tête qui fit exactement dedans, sinon ça ne fonctionne pas. Même en mettant des cousins différents à l'intérieur, le casque demeure très inconfortable.

Bought it as an urban bike helmet that I could attach lights and a GoPro camera to. For the price, surprisingly high quality and comfortable

Excellent product, exactly as described, and delivered 27 days before the latest possible date. Very light compared to my old PASGT bucket, and very versatile with the velcro and side rails. Had no problem attaching my goggles to the mounts, and after adding a few extra pieces of padding, it fits securely and snugly. Fantastic buy, especially at this price! Cat approved as well.

Good solid looking helmet with some added protection, comfortable and light, just an off od green but its still green nonetheless
