I can’t believe the difference this has made in two short weeks!
Grow Young Fitness is excellent for seniors who want to stay strong/increase muscle strength, thus improve their quality of life. I began seeing immediate results! My hip and back pain are almost gone after less than 2 weeks following this program. All exercises are very doable for me and for my husband. The explanation of each move is clear so that we do not get hurt. Exercises can be modified if too painful. Sessions are brief so we don’t dread them and it does not take all our day. I am delighted to be able to almost walk without a limp now and sleep through the night, and I have stopped taking pain meds! Every senior citizen needs these videos! He is an excellent trainer and has more targeted sessions online: hips, knees, core, cardio and more. Morning stretches and evening stretches are included in the DVD. Money well spent!

Moving Again
What I like about the video is I'm in my 70s and had become a couch potato. Since I've began using the video a littleAt a time my joints are not so stiff, my mind is clearer. It's making me better.

Keep it moving!
This is an easy and excellent way to help all of us older folks with our balance. I showed this and a hand full of us from our village do this cd 3 days a week now!

Poor packaging
I have not used this exercise video yet so I cannot comment on the content. I will say that for the price, they could have used an editor or, at the very least, spellcheck. The title is spelled incorrectly on the spine! This does not give me a good feeling about the content.

Good exercise for balance
I really like his exercises and add a few of my own. The only downside is I like music with my exercise and he has non so I use an MP3 player in my pocket and that works well.

Just what the Doctor ordered
We ordered the Core and Balance CDs. They provide the right amount of activity for seniors. New England winters make it difficult to follow our walking regime; these CDs along with a weekly weight and strength training class help to keep us active and healthy

Outstanding Instruction
Very easy to follow. A comfortable pace for seniors. Captions are available. Includes exercises taught in my recent physical therapy sessions and also some that are more advanced. I’m extremely pleased with this DVD for balance.

Great for recovering your balance
I liked that I learned to balance on each leg without fear of falling as I'm getting older. Now I walk with better balance also.
