Used daily on my commute M-F, worked perfectly fine the first 3 months, but then the audio started cutting in and out and I would have to readjust the cable. It continued to degrade where audio would cut out in one ear, or completely, the volume slider would make the audio jump or cut off, or the mic would activate Siri for some reason, even though I muted it. The company sent me a replacement set but I didn't use it as often. About a year now, but the second set is having the same issues as the first set I had. I'm giving it 3 stars because of the price, it works well while it lasts, and how long it lasts seems to vary, and the customer service is good in that they reached out and sent me a replacement. Also, I still get use out of the carrying cases they came with. But I will not be purchasing again.

Edit of my old review.The Ear phone comes with 3 different sets of ear plug so you can adjust to your comfort fit.While it worked, I've had good sound and no issue with the mic. Volume control was usually set at lowest setting, for it was loud.It fit well enough and for the price it was good. I mainly used it when I went for a jog or during Gym, had no problem with buds falling out.Then I stopped hearing words in videos, yet sounds were coming through. Folding the wire at set location fixed the issue,meaning it was the wires disconnecting/fraying. It lasted about two and a half month, seeing others review, i most likely had bad batch. Which I wasn't pleased about.Yet, Amazon market place comes through. They went out of their way to fix the issue by offering replacement / refund.It may have been little inconvenient, but I am very satisfied customer.

These are great headphones. I bought them to have a back up pair and what was surprising to me is that the sound is better than my other pair of headphones that were 3x times the price. I love the case also - it is durable and I know my headphones are safe.I was going to give this review 4 stars but I bumped it to 5 because I have received excellent customer service. I tend to ask a lot of questions before buying a product and I was met with professionalism and patients. I have recommended this company and their products to several people and I will continue to do so.Wietus - good job on hiring people that truly care about your company :) Please contact me with any questions.

Originally, I LOVED these earphones. Actually, I think they are nice, functional headphones with surprisingly decent sound quality for its price! The earpieces are also comfortable and don't fall out of my ear nearly as much as my iphone headphones.However... only about 1 month into using these, I noticed the integration with my phone was starting to get crappier. If the plug-in to the phone's headphone jack was budged, it would hang up any calls I had. This was mostly a big inconvenience as I mostly use this for business calls.I'm hoping if I reach out to the manufacturer, they will accommodate me with a new set. It is just a bit disappointing to have to go through this after such a short while.**EDIT**After reviewing this product with 1 star, Kictic reached out to me to send me a new set which tells me that their customer service is great. However, I'm still not convinced about this product. The new ones they sent me are working properly, but we will see if they end up turning out like my old pair.After reading other 1 star reviews, I had similar issues with all those who left negative reviews which makes me believe this new pair may not turn out to be perfect. I also had issues with the left side not working after about a month, and lots of pauses while listening to music. Just the other day, the volume was going in and out.Again, we will see after using my new set for a while and if they end up working out, I will likely change my review...**MOST RECENT EDIT**Only about a week into using my new pair (they sent me for free), the earphones were not working. Again a problem with the plug-in to the aux port. Any movement will cause either A) the sound to cut out or B) the mic not working (hence they can't hear me).This has gotten annoying enough that I am searching for new earphones.Won't try these again.Sorry!

I have bought two pairs of these headphones because my original pair for my Samsung Galaxy s5 had broken. The first pair I bought lasted me a couple of months and did the trick to replace the original Samsung headphones. The microphone and the buttons on the side do work- but I find the sliding volume control button to be unnecessary for my personal use. Eventually, they gave out, eventually losing sound in one earbud and then the other. I bought another pair because these worked okay for me.The second pair came and the right side of the earbud seemed a little quieter, but I wasn't sure if it was my imagination. That ended up busting in about 2 weeks and only one side worked.I am a heavy user of earphones, I use them while doing assignments, walking to class, even for sleeping sometimes, so if you use headphones often I would not recommend buying these because they will wear out quickly. You are better off buying a good pair of headphones than 5 pairs of subpar ones!

The cord and case have a nice feel to them and the sound is great, but the earbuds keep slipping out and they pinch my ears. It feels like someone's pinching my skin with a pair of tweezers. They also don't block out environment noise very well. I know they're not construction earplugs, but I expected at least something that'd let music block out people talking from 20 feet away better than my cheap headphones.
