Good Heavy Construction Rough Vest
The vest is a good fit and it’s conceal carry capability is good, but I feel the magazine holders are too big for smaller mags such as the .380. The removable cc shields provide good print protection for my sig p238. The zipper is an excellent heavy duty brass type, but is a little rough. I’m hoping that it will smooth out over time. The biggest distraction and objectionable part of the vest are the two side tabs that just flop in the breeze. My wife says she can most likely attach some Velcro to remedy this problem. Really do like the collar, both type and leather material. All in all, it’s a good heavy rough type vest that provides for good conceal carry of small caliber hand guns.

distributes weight well
I have been wearing the vest all day long for the past few days. I carry a loaded firearm on one side and two 15 round magazines on the other. when you pick it up to put it on, you can feel just how heavy it is, but when you put it on, it doesn't feel near as bad, and wears comfortably all day long with the weight distributed across your sholders. I will point out 2 things. Firstly the canvas is heavy making it durable but a bit warm during the summer. secondly the magazine holders are made for double stack magazines, single stack magazines are very loose. overall very pleased with the vest, will probably be ordering a brown one soon, as I currently have the black.
