Nice little set for the camping beginners.
I like to camp. When I say this I mean I constantly go camping and drive around with camping paraphanellia ready to go . With that being said I am very happy with this portable mess kit. It is compact and simple, easy to clean and comes with cleaning supplies. I'm able to whip up a quick meal on a long hike, or spend a few days in the woods and the mess kit is my choice either time.

Compact kit. Bring non stick oil and pliers
This is a nice compact set. But id bring non stick spray or a small oil container. And bring metal pliers to pull up the hot lid. (Tho you can use the ends of the fork and spoon at the same time – to lift the orange lid off.)Cooking: No one showed pics of it in use. Someone said it doesn't fit a brick of Ramen. It can fit 2, broken up, & it's easier to eat. I don't have the fuel yet. So I tested on the stove, setting 2, with minimal water and the lid on the Pot. Cooked in about 7 minutes.Next I fried an egg in the Pan with butter. I thought it would be enough for non stick. But it's not. So bring oil. I pretended I was in the field and only used the metal fork. So I couldn't flip the egg without breaking. Maybe I can with practice. But it tasted good when added to the Ramen.Cleanup of the Pan wasn't as easy as the Ramen Pot. But not super hard like someone else said. Just use spray and don't burn it.I like that the utensils are metal and foldable. Cook with metal but bring a plastic spoon to eat with, so you don't scrap metal to metal. Or use the wooden spoon. Id give this 5 stars if the pots were non-stick coated. But works good enough and it's compact.

Great camping set, very impressed
Exactly what my daughter needed for a squadron camping trip. The compactedness of this set surprised me. It is small but perfect for one person. It has everything neededed for cooking for one to two people on a trip. Each piece is strong and durable. It is very easy to store and is lightweight.

Good cookware set with a lot of extras
This is a good cookware set. It is very well built and comes with a bonus propane compact stove and firestarter. The pan and pot cook well and are durable. It is very compact and can fit into a backpacking backpack well. It is also at a great price for what you get.

Works as it should.
This is an excellent little kit. I bought this for a three day hike in the Sawtooth wilderness in Idaho and it worked perfectly. It has everything you could need. The stove works great. I burned a propane/butane mix with no problems at all. It lit up great with its first click. It is super light weight to carry around, and everything fits within it self. I cooked spaghetti and precooked chicken in it the first night, then freeze dried hash browns and sausage ( not a mountain house meal or similar prepacked meals) the next morning with out a problem. The rest of my meal were freeze dried such as mountain house meals, but it boiled the water great. The only negative I could say about this is there are no markings to measure how much water you need. I did find out that the little white bowels equal a cup.

Seems really good
(Without feiler testing)First contact its amazingPros: it's super light weight, very small and compact, seems to be fair quality for durabilityCons: the pot needs to be about a 1/4 inch larger so it will take a compleat brick of ramen flat, the pot lid is to small, and the gas knob is alittle weak made. But all in all seems like q great setup. Will update if anything changes after feild testing.

Its durable.
I really like this kit, it was perfect for my son and I to eat our hot meals with on the trail. Sometimes I would have a problem with the stove where it would not let the propane thru the valve but I think it was the coleman gas cylinder was just getting like vapor locked so I would unscrew the can and let the gas escape and tighten it back down and no problem. The mini cook stove was awesome! Heated very hot and quickly just make sure and not knock over your soup and rice two times while cooking. LOL.
