I measure at Waist: 33 inches / 84cm and Hips: 40 inches / 102cm and I got size XL/XXL. I think it fits just right - not too tight or too loose. I will say the leg holes are just a little too right around my thighs, but my thighs are... really very large so I kind of expected that. It's not tight to the point of being uncomfortable at all so it's fine, it's just visibly sort of denting into my legs. Can't tell under most skirts unless it's really skin tight. It's tough to get the garment on, but once it's on I think it's pretty comfortable and really holds me in which is great. This was my very first foray into spanx or shapewear of any kind so I don't have anything to compare to, but I'm very happywith the results. There are a lot of dresses in my closet that I thought I couldn't wear anymore, but now I can!I recommended these to my sisters. They asked me some questions so I thought I'd answer them here in case anyone else had the same questions:I'm 5'5 and weigh 150lbsCan you sit comfortably in them? Yes.

About my bod: 5'1", 190-195lbs, short torso, thick-bottom new mom, trying to smooth it all out instantly while I await work out results.I LOVE these high-wasted shorts! They are comfortable but firm enough to smooth everything out, stay up, and be on all day. The price was way better than competitors, which was a huge plus and very encouraging. Soft, thick, long band in the middle but stretchy and sheer transparency on the rear so you won't get an obvious demarcation/ separation. It won't flatten your rear like other shapewear [that makes you feel like a conehead lol]. Mid-body wise it is seamless underclothes, but it is a little noticeable on the thigh band (granted, I have a thick leg too).I will definitely be telling my sisters and friends about this great shapewear. I am very happy with my purchase! It even arrived very quickly! Thank you!

So I am about 245, 5'5 and I have hips for days. I have never bought a shaper before and didnt know what size to get. I bought the 2xl. When I got the shaper in the mail I thought "oh hell no this isnt going to fit". But I had to try it out. Got my legs in and it was tight and I thought "what's the return policy?" But I kept trying and with some shimmying I actually got it all the way up!! The crotch hangs low and it does cut into my legs around the bottom. That's the only part I wish was more elastic. I will keep it and wear with a loose bottom dress. The fit is snug the way it should be, durable fabric, and doesnt roll. I would recommend.

These suck!! I bought them to wear under a dress and they did absolutely nothing!! The only “sculpt” that they gave me were through the plastic corset part of it but all they did was dig in when you sit down. The material doesn’t hold you in or anything plus the shorts ride up! Just straight up don’t bother with this item, it was a waste of my money and time!

This is pretty decent shape wear, especially for the price. It has a good amount of stretch, which is something that I find important since my body is always changing.The first time I wore it, I panicked because it just LOOKED too small (I’m 5’9, 140lbs). I typically wear a size small or medium and know these things usually run on the smaller side, so I ordered a L. I almost returned it before even trying it on, just because I didn’t think it’d fit me, but I’m glad I didn’t.It did take some squirming and hopping to initially get it on, lol, but it does what it’s suppose to. My “mommy tummy”/“muffin top”/“pooch” was all secure and smooth while even kinda lifting my chest and giving me a nice, curvy figure.My only issues with it are the fact that it isn’t seamless. Depending on what you’re wearing, you’ll more than likely be able to see where it is on your thigh as well as some of the corset wiring on the waist.(I will add pictures to better explain what I’m saying .)The biggest problem with it is that it is hard to take down when using the bathroom. As great as it’d look to wear on a night out, it wouldn’t be great when it comes to convenience. If the crotch had snaps, I think that would really help that major draw back with this piece.Otherwise, it’s actually very comfortable and helpful.

This shapewear is remarkable! By FAR the best piece I've ever had. The symmetry of the stitching is phenomenal! The garment is perfectly supportive and so so soft to the touch. I've seen many different products over the years and none have come close to this quality. I'm 5'2" and 138lbs....thick hips....the xs/s fit like a glove true to size. The package arrived quickly and on time and was very neatly folded into a soft plastic zipper sealed pouch. I would like to add that I had purchased this garment primarily for compression due to a procedure that I had had. I needed TIGHT but COMFORTABLE and BREATHABLE..... this garment is all of that and then some! All of the extra lift in the booty was just an awesome added bonus!! This is just an all around perfect piece....regardless of your needs. I highly recommend and could not be more delighted with my purchase!!

This product is marketed as being seamless and invisible under ANY outfit. That's not the case. The thick band on the bottom of the thighs is easily visible under any tight dress, and the circles on the butt area are as well. Additionally, the boning in the torso is also visible. This item does fit well and suck you in, however, if you're planning to wear it with a tight-fitting dress, this isn't the shapewear for you.

This product is well made and is comfortabel to wear. I forgot I had it on. I use it regularly. It also washes well.

I bought this to wear with a bridesmaid dress.I bought the size which corresponded to my dimensions and while it fit perfectly in the belly it was much too tight on the legs. I have muscular legs which chave when walking or dancing and I normally wear running shorts but as we were taking lots of photos I wanted spandex.I had to take these off after we finished the photographer photos as they were so uncomfortable on my legs.

I extremely disappointed as this product did not contain gel pads for enhancing your bottom as I had expected.I guess you need to by them separately. Nowhere does it mention the pads are not included. I bought a pair by a different manufacturer and the pads included. It would have been nice to before ordering. This shapewear is not returnable.I hope no one else has been caught by this.

Horrible. This product does not even deserve 1 star! Ordered a 3x-4x for my mom and this wouldnt fit a doll...wouldnt even be able to get a calf in, never mind a whole leg...what a waste!
