First time I tried it, I went to sleep faster than usual. The problem is I didn’t stay asleep and kept waking up. I’ll try it for 6 more nights because the label says it may take 7 nights of use to work at its best.

I often take one at bedtime and it helps me sleep through the night. They are kind of expensive. If I have had a rough day and know I have to have 8-9 hours of sleep I will take two. They heard about them from a friend whose nutritionist recommended them to him. Nice to find them on Amazon as I couldn't find them anywhere else.

I knew this product was different than the original kavinace pm when I ordered it but wanted to try it just in case it had similar sleep effects. Unfortunately it did not put me to sleep or help make me tired. Super bummed. I gave 3 stars because I have not used it long enough to rate it properly. I just know it’s not putting me to sleep.

They don't usually help me fall asleep faster, but they do help me achieve a deeper sleep, wake less often throughout the night, and wake in the morning feeling refreshed. The ingredients are great, I would definitely recommend these to anyone that struggles with sleep and wants a more natural solution.

I was using Kavinace Ultra PM and had fantastic results with it. I just received the Kavinace OS, supposedly its replacement. As you can tell from other reviews, it's hit-or-miss whether it works as well, or at all. Well I rolled the dice - no joy. Tried 1, no effect. Tried 2, perhaps a tiny effect, if at all. So I just wasted $49.Update: I emailed the company asking why KUPM was discontinued. The short answer is "big pharma". Here's their reply:"The Kavinace line of products were discontinued back in April due to the FDA’s statement regarding the ingredient 4-amino-3-phenylbutyric acid. Per the FDA, that ingredient can no longer be labeled as a dietary supplement".
