Looks beautiful, sounds beautiful. I got this guitar for my birthday. I have been eyeing it for about a year now. It stays in tune very well. The neck was perfect. I did have to file some of the frets, but at this price, I was expecting that. The action was perfect right out of the box. The electronics are great, but I don't use them much. The guitar is loud enough already. I love the finish, it really is beautiful. And the onboard tuner is wonderful. I would recommend this guitar for anybody who wants a quality 12 string guitar. And the price is amazing. I have no idea how Vangoa can make such great quality instruments at the price range. Keep up the great work, you have a great thing going here.

I don't know how many times I looked at YouTube videos to help me decide whether or not this was a good choice or not. I've owned an Epiphone for 12 years but was having a problem with the bridge and decided it was time for a new guitar and was looking for something on the low-cost side. I was extremely impressed with this guitar right out-of-the-box, perfect in every way quality. The sound quality and action are quite impressive as well as the beautiful wood front and back are beautiful to look at. I love it, and it is a steal at this price!

The media could not be loaded. This is my second very inexpensive guitar that I’m impressed with. This one has a beautiful finish, sounds good, feels good under the hands, has surprisingly good tuners. The nut is slotted well but not too deep, which is actually good because some people prefer it higher and those that don’t can cut it down deeper.I have some apprehensions about the structural integrity since the soundboard (top) appears to have some caving in near the neck joint, as you can see in the video I uploaded. Normally this would happen as a result of the high amount of string tension that 12-strings have, plus bad design and/or age. But this guitar was delivered new just yesterday and I noticed the problems after partially tuning up just a few strings. In fact, it could have been there before any tension was ever applied via strings.UPDATE: The seller sent me a replacement guitar with perfectly level upper bout and I feel a lot better about this one lasting. It also has a better cut saddle (the tops of the fundamental and sympathetic strings are more or less aligned) and better dressed frets. I think I'm gonna be playing this guitar quite a bit now..

This is a seriously great guitar for the money, and the customer service is amazing as well!It has a nice fit and finish, and it's a great playing and sounding guitar. I was looking to get a 12-string into my guitar collection again, as I was missing having one, and wanted to use one for an upcoming project. I came across several YouTube reviews for this, so I thought I'd order it and give it a shot. The initial guitar was quite nice, but had a couple defects; I contacted Vangoa customer service, and sent info and pics of the issues, and they quickly sent me a replacement guitar. Shout out to Cleo for all the help!I was pleasantly surprised with quality of this guitar, and couldn't be happier with my purchase. I feel it's important to note that if you have any issues at all, contact Vangoa customer service; they are happy and willing to help. It's honestly been years since I dealt with a company that would actually stand behind their product like that.

I bought different brand 12 strings guitars before here in Amazon and I returned because was so hard to tuned keys strings was so hard and broke the strings, I just received my new 12 strings Vangoa guitar the color so nice was so easy to tuned right away and ready to play with it came with a bag with bunch of items, the only thing I don't like is the lock strap on top is on the back not like the other regular guitars on a left neck side, So im thinking to drill a hole and put a new lock strap on the left side as the regular guitars but beside that I love it nice sound im so Happy with this guitar so I will recommend it and for the price its worth to buying this Vangoa 12 strings guitar I think is the Best Brand Vangoa ,Les recomiendo esta guitarra vale la pena comprarla especialmente para tocar estilo sierreno ho campirano esta chingona LOVE IT.

In a Worship leader and went off YouTube reviews. This guitar has performed well for a year. A couple weeks ago I found it hard to play. The bridge is bending up and the top is buckling. I’m saving up and getting a lifetime warranty instrument. Sound is fantastic and electronics but everything else is no good. Tuners are also subpar.
