No me agradó nada, se rompió el aspa, se rompió el borde negro que cubre el bowl, y se rompió una pieza interna, aquí quedó botada sin poder usarla, pésima Calidad

I was given this product as a gift, but after only 2 months, the black plastic track on the bowl cracked off, after using it. I reported it and they did send me another device. That one lasted almost 3 months, but the black plastic track broke again and when it did, the hand mixer overheated. On the manual I received, it only provides the website. But when I looked at that site and clicked on the "contact us" button, there was no information. After all this, I am getting very frustrated with trying to use the product. So if someone from the company reads this, please contact me to let me know what the next course of action should be, if not to just throw it away and not use any of these products again.

We used it for a couple weeks and liked it, but the first time we used the dough hooks, the motor stopped turning and smelled like burned metal or plastic. Completely dead. It was cheap, but not worth the money.If any well-known brand would make a similar product (detachable/convertable stand mixer), I would buy that instead, and gladly pay more. Unfortunately, I only see this product made by unknowns like Phonect.

On Sunday August 6th 2020, I used the mixer for the first time and it worked like a dream. Three days after Wednesday August 9th 2020 the mixer didn't work. Only received 1 star because 0 star isn't and option.
