They work. I was taking Immodium for daily" looser" stool and abdominal cramps. I had bad gas and had to go to the bathroom multiple times each day. These tablets put a stop to the looseness, gas, cramps, and frequent trips to the bathroom.

I like these because they are more gentle, but they still work. It's also easy to carry with yiu and take since you don't need to drink to take them.

It's weird to do a review for this kind of item, but it really is a lifesaver. I have a sensitive stomach, now as I've gotten older and certain foods and drinks tend to make it unhappy. This is excellent and acts pretty quickly. It's chewable with no taste and easy to take anywhere. It saved me on a road trip a couple of years ago. I keep some in my car and at home and am never be without it. I actually use several Boiron homeopathic products and they are all great.

Took thesevon a trip to Mexico and everyone that used them felt instantly better...including me. Must have for travel. They work like a charm!

I'm almost 8 months carnivore after 9½ years Paleo and since the switch, it seemed like nothing I ate was actually staying in my system, sometimes within an hour, sometimes I was lucky enough to go 8 hours or even 48 hours. The point is, I NEVER knew when it'd hit me. This has been the single, solitary downside to living carnivore. I reduced intake of this and increased intake of that, every which way in all different ratios with any relief being temporary. We'll always choose those Boiron products that work over typical OTCs, so I was thrilled, while still apprehensive, to have found this. Being holistic doesn't mean it's always gonna work but I'm so happy I gave it a chance! I took 2 the first day, just before I ate my daily meal and my world changed! It was a normal visit. The next day, 2 again, didn't need to go at all. Yesterday, I only took 1 and still, no urgency. It's a gut issue but this has been a game changer! Being an certified, ancestral nutrition specialist studying to be a metabolic disease specialist, I'm happy to have found something that can hopefully help my clients if they're dealing with the same issue.

Did not work for me but I had issues because of allergies and did not know this when I ordered the product, so product may work well for what it is suppose to be for.

They are a must have in my home. For Everyone They work usually the first dose given, occasionally might need a 2nd. They work. Easy to take melt fast no bad taste kids can take without pushback when they need help as well.
