The connection to the back of my hard drive is sensitive and can get pulled out easily if the hard drive is moved without care, but I don't know if that's any fault of the power supply. Aside from that, it does the job perfectly. I'm using it with a Western Digital My Studio Book Hard drive. It's lasted for years and has no real issues. There may have been about 5 times total that the drive didn't turn on, but that was because the plug in the back wasn't all the way in. It's not a loose connection, rather It's just sensitive to getting yanked around. The best thing I like about it is that it's not one of those big bulky power supplies that covers up 2 other free outlets when you plug it in. In other words, it stays out of the way of other outlets that you want to use for other things.

I bought this power adapter to replace the one that came with my WD external hard drive. It works great. What more can I say?I love how this little adapter uses electricity to make my electronic devices work. Fantastic. Buy one, you know you want one.
