Nice construction, but something's missing.
I thought the nylon construction would be good for my plastic kayak; it is good, because it doesn't scratch and is more pliant for getting around slight curves. Downside here is that I assumed there would be fasteners with it. Not a big problem for me, I have plenty. Still, I could have been delayed in my kayak mods had I not already had what I needed.

Use instead of cheap stainless
I got tired of the cheap stainless steel which was suppose to be 316 grade and then staining my gelcoat.Using these to hold my bimini top straps and does well. Tried to break one and really hard to do so.

Was better deal than purchasing local
Have lots of these on my kayaks, the rear handle pulled the loop off. Metal ones would be stronger, but if you used metal rather than plastic, you would pull the screws out of the plastic hull, and damage the kayak. Was better deal than purchasing local.

Cheap and does the job. Rivets not included.
Well made and cheap to use. Just be careful if you plan on using them for a paddle leash. Some of the leashes I've encountered have a bump on the back of the clip that makes them impossible to fit in the loop once it's installed.

Good product and good service!
I just wanted to say how satisfied I am with this purchase. These eyelets are of good quality and the price was a good one. I needed some eyelets for my boat on Saturday so while on the water I made the order and on Monday they were in my mailbox. Quick and easy!

Strong, smooth edges. Easily installed with screws/nuts and washers or with rivets. Some of the loops were a little uneven and did not mount perfectly straight. I wasted several rivets before I realize it was the loop causing the issue.

They arrived, they were installed! I am happy!I am using them to for mounting a seat, a place to connect my paddle, and a place to clip in my deck compass.
