A humorous and fun read!
Still in the mood for some good, light hearted and humorous reading, I decided to open up She's All That, Book 1 in Billerbeck's Spa Girls Series. I found it to be a delightful read. It was a little slow going at first but you will soon find Lilly not only quirky and energized but also very lovable. She finds herself in some humorous and trying moments but thankfully has the love and support of her "Spa girls" aka best friends. Life is certainly never dull with Lilly and I am sure you will enjoy getting to know and experience life with not only her but with the other warm and engaging characters that make up this series. So pick up Book 1 to see if Lilly can not only find her footing in the fashion world but also to see if she can manage to learn to be, who God created her to be. And somewhere along the way make room for a little romance! All in all I found this to be a fun read. One that I breezed through yesterday, enjoying the humor and wondering which of these three guys might be the right one for Lilly?! AND would she ever like her hair!?! Let me add that if you are looking for a spiritually enlightening and deep read this is not it. It really is what it is meant to be ... a humorous and light read in Christian Chick-lit.

Bravo for Ms Billerbeck!
Having been somewhat disappointed with the third instalment of the Ashleigh Stockingdale series I have to admit that I didn't approach this book with great expectations. They were well and truly exceeded. In this new series Ms Billerbeck has created a set of characters who are real, relatable and believable. She has also come up with some classic one liners that I enjoyed so much I started quoting them to my friends!Spritually wise it certainly isn't deep and meaningful book that will change your world but I certainly felt that Lilly's relationship with God and the way it was portrayed was refreshing and engaging.I loved Lilly, loved She's All That and all very much looking forward to catching up with Morgan in the next instalment of the series.

Another winner by the QUEEN of Christian Chick Lit!
I really loved this book. What's not to love? Clean, fun, fluffy, witty, Christian chick lit. I love how REAL the characters are, annoying at times like a real life friend might be LOL. But completely endearing and loving. As usual, I could not put the book down and read it rather quickly. I'd highly recommend all three Spa Girls books and really any of Billerbeck's books. She is a favorite of mine!

Cute, simple novel; not spectacular, but very enjoyable
I have read all 3 of the "Spa Girls" novels and have now started another Billerbeck novel. The stories are very easy to read and are enjoyable. My fave was book #3. They're not the kind of book that will win a soul for the Lord, but it is the kind that will entertain you with some laughs without making you cringe at vulgarity.

It took me a while to get in to this ...
It took me a while to get in to this book, but by halfway I was really in to it and plan to order the next one.

Enjoyable but immature
Overall, this was a relatively fun read, and I enjoyed the happy ending as always. The problem was that I had a really difficult time liking the main character. For being a late 20-something and a Christian, she sure seemed to have the maturity of a teenager and the Christianity of God knows what. However, those are my only real beefs with the story. It is otherwise entertaining and light, and I'm glad to have read it.

True Friendship though all walks of life
This book, along with the entire series was funny, heartwarming, and just the right amount of drama. I couldn't stop reading it once I started. I like how each character is very different in their own ways, from how they were raised to what they decided to do with their life and no matter what, they had great friends who loved them for who they were.

Fun books
These books are fun witty and light hearted. A Great summer read. These are not your typical Christian fiction. The characters are very California, young, upwardly mobile types who have their troubles, but are supported by close friends. Enjoy!

Good lighthearted read
I enjoyed Lilly as a character, and enjoyed the setting of San Francisco. There was a good deal of humour. I found the story repetitious in the middle chapters This may be a trap with writing in first person, but the character is more livel that way! Enjoyable.
