Buckshot 22" Overall Survival Jungle Hunting Machete Knife with Anti Slip Handle

Well, I can say it cuts like a sharp knife, not a latin machete! I tried to find some info about Buckshot blades, but could not.. I really like it, I find it easy to wield as it's a few inches shorter than the full 24" Latins. The only real complaints I have about the Machete are : 1. it's make in china, 2. the handle, although contoured nicely, is of hard plastic and not the good rubbery handle that K-bar and Sog use on their knives.. Also, I am pretty sure it's stainless steel, I prefer a good high carbon steel over stainless as they sharpen easier and are more durable.. The sheath is kind of cheap. I would have to say for the money, the Sog Fari is a better buy, but if like me, you have a SOG Fari, and want a shorter blade that can be wielded with better dexterity, this is the knife.. I buried it about and inch deep into a 3/4" piece of plywood without swinging too hard. so it cuts, like I said more like a sharp blade than a dull latin machete.. P.S. after purchasing it, I found if for about half this price on yahoo..
