Fantastic customer service, little ones love the light up 'M'
I ordered the letter M, it arrived quickly but the cover of the battery area was missing which was disappointing. I sent the seller a message and the issue got sorted out quickly. I previously left 3-star feedback before I sent the seller a message as I was not sure if they would do anything, but I was pleasantly surprised. They sent a replacement and said I should not bother returning the one without a cover they sent before. The replacement also came with new batteries and arrived before the date I expected it.The new one has no issues, good size for what we need it for. It can be hung on the wall and also stand freely. The lights are lovely, especially at night. Little ones approve. I would buy it again, definitely recommend.

Worked perfectly … came with batteries.
Was worried the quality might not be great following other reviews. But they came with back, batteries and all bulbs worked. And was carefully packaged. Perfect for our needs. Bought for husband’s 50th family party. Would be nicer if they were bigger ..

Be warned- this light up letter does not free stand, it must be put onto a wall due to the batteries making it heavy and topple over
