Q: How to use this product ?

We add 6-8 ounces of hot water and drink it to aid in relieving congestion. I have asthma and my husband had horrible allergies, so at times we have heavy chest congestion. This product really helps. We have used it for years. It's very sweet so I think you can use it as a sweetener
