This is a really nice little laptop. It's very compact and lightweight but solidly built with a metal body. The keyboard is great to use, comfortable with good-size keys, and the fact that it lights up is very helpful. The screen is crystal-clear with excellent colour and the touchscreen controls work well. There's plenty of memory and storage. The only drawbacks are, for me anyway, minor: the lack of USB sockets and the limited battery life. The fan is relatively loud and seems to run all the time, which doesn't bother me but might trouble some people. Overall an excellent little device, I've been using it a lot and I am very happy with it.

The Xidu Tour Pro is a beautifully designed, light notebook computer. It has a very high resolution screen, excellent performance, fast startup, and even a fingerprint scanner on the power button which alleviates having to log into Windows by typing.I inserted my 512Gb TF card with all my videos and music, and several archives, which it accessed right away, and gave access to everything on there.And it has a lovely keyboard with backlighting on a timer: as soon as you touch a key it lights up, and extinguished after a few seconds of inactivity. Very well thought out product. Oh, and the screen is a touch screen... I could go on, but you get the point.I worked with support to try to solve a problem with another product. They were extremely reactive, worked with me on providing several solutions, and when none worked they took back the product, and suggested this Tour Pro as an alternative.Unfortunately Xidu quality control is lacking, and after working with support on the Tour Pro to no avail on this unit, coupled with finding another missing part in the configuration, I decided to return the product, and won't be buying from them again.

Lovely key board, the back light is really nice, makes for a high quality typing experience. Design is so nice! Thin, light weight, so portable for taking it into lessonReally lovely design, good purchase for the cheap price

The product had great touch and feel but continuously crashed when processing simple task like copy photoes from an external hard drive. Real shame the performance didn't match the design. Also the return is taking an age. Dropped the product off nearly 2 weeks ago and still not showing as recieved. Also mysteriously all these brand laptops have now disappeared from Amazon.Just to add that Amazon has stepped in and provided the refund which was great from them.

Had to return this after having it a couple of months - wasn't exactly cheap but found it slow and noisy. The fan basically never turned off and was loud when people dialed into video calls. The webcam quality is awful, like a early 2000s camera phone. Support is terrible - emails ignored, promised free mouse never sent. The machine looked gorgeous and had a back lit keyboard too - about all it had going for it!

Excellent build quality, looks really good, great IPS touchscreen, large backlit keyboard and all in a 1 kg package. Comes with Windows 10, but thankfully it can be upgraded to Linux. The 128 Gb SSD is of a design new to me (looks more like a memory card) and can be supplemented with a second SSD via a small back panel which avoids unscrewing the whole back cover. Overall I would say it has a very good performance to price ratio. Bought it because I wanted a small light laptop with a good screen and a backlit keyboard and the Xidu Tuor Pro definitely fits the bill.

I ended up returning this because it was too noisy. The cooling fan never stopped blowing even when idle and for something like this with a relatively low-powered cpu I would have thought it would only spin when required.
